PNC Bank

Great experience here! The manager was not present, but Heather went above and beyond to insure that I had funds available the day I opened my account.

I have been with this bank over 3 years, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dokata has helped me with all my questions and makes sure my needs are met as a customer. Friendly staff and very informal. Also misty peirce has been very helpful over the years! You guys rock!!

Every business is short-staffed any more, along with customer's being quick to complain. THIS is NOT one of those.
Heather, Emily, & Lakin...were awesome at handling the plethora of problems while assisting me with opening a business account. Yes, it took a moment but have patience it will all be good. Thanks to them so much for their support, tips, and help today.

The people who work at the PNC Bank in Burnsville are great and very helpful. However, their ATM machine does not work on the weekends. Today, I tried to withdraw money from my account, and it absolutely does not work. I had to drive to the bank across the street, and pay $3.00 fee to use their ATM, which WORKS. Very frustrating!

Closed with no notice what so ever. And I was not the only one to find this out, suddenly. If the only branch in my town is closing pnc needs to send out a notice to its customers.
