Absolutely THE best all around experience. AJ did our initial inspection and quote for a new heat pump system. He was knowledgeable, friendly and empathized with our need. The office staff was efficient and was able to get someone out to our home right away for the estimate. The install was done the next day. The technicians were efficient, quick, and cleaned up after the work was done. Very happy customers, and we are already recommending the company to our friends!

Devin was prompt, courteous, neat, clean, very easy to work with. He explained all options available and made the whole process comfortable. I even signed up for the $24.00 a month plan. Keep up the good work PARHAM ,and thank you again , Devin.

Came on a frigid Saturday! Got our water restored, we also purchased a tankless water heater too! Great service very easy to work with the price we were given was exactly what it cost. Great company.

Had an issue with my heat! I had none!!! Parham tech Christian came to my rescue! He was so professional, kind, respectful, and thorough! He explained everything, and fixed me right up! Another great Experience!! Called at 6:35 pm and they showed up at 10:00 am the next day. The plumber was nice and fixed my toilet plumbing issues. This is my third time using Parham. They carry my highest recommendation

I would highly recommend this company. The plumber Michael that came to my house was very courteous and did a good job. He stayed and got the job finished. They also kept me posted on when they could come, which was great.

I needed an electrician quickly and the other company I called couldn't even schedule me any kind of appointment for at least 2 weeks. Your company got me a guy out in 2 days. He found the problem quickly and gave me options for the repairs and the cost was very reasonable. You guys are great and I will recommend you to anyone who needs an electrician. Thank you so much.

Service was great, from the office ladies, to the 2 technicicans that came to my home, they were all very courteous and kept me informed throughout the entire experience.... Michael was thorough, explained the issue, and gave solutions to resolve said issue. He needed a piece of equipment and another gentleman named Brannon showed up with the needed tools, they worked together to take care of my problems. I am very satisfied and have been with every encounter I've had with the Parham team! I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs!

Parham was wonderful. 2 propane fireplace units were down. Nate was very knowledgeable and fixed them both. One at my house. One at a rental. He was polite and worked until they were fixed with a smile. I was ready to get rid of them both and use electric heat. All for a fair price.

Came home from vacation to a burst water line. Michael came out very quickly, removed the damaged part, and had the new line installed in no time. I highly recommend his work. We are extremely satisfied, you will be also.

The two young men, Seth and Mason, were punctual, courteous and professional. They donned the shoe covers both times they entered our hone - even when I said they didn't have to! My husband and I enjoyed speaking with them and would definitely recommend either or both. Good job!

The Receptionist was very consistent& helpful scheduling the appointment Technician very professional&knowledgeable. Mr.Joey explained everything about the heater as he repaired it. As for now all is well..we have heat!..all around customer service at its finest!..Thank You!

Parham took superior care of my Mothers heating problems (in the middle of the worst winter in years) promptly and courteously.
Her problem was quickly diagnosed and her heat was restored.
I would call on them again in a heartbeat.

Gentleman came out to fix my dishwasher and seemed I had a small clog with had took care of itself however he checked all the plumbing inside and out including under the house. Being handicapped it was a big help for him to do that. He found a couple of plumbing issues that may cause problems in the future . So I had him fix those which he did saving me any future problems. Excellent service,courteous and efficient . I have had them before and in the future any problems they will be the ones to call .
