Food was hot, order was filled before I got my change. It was correct and noticed several others behind me had same service.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff, fresh food, and quick service. Thumbs up all around.

If you come to Gibson county you quickly discover what us small town folks already know.. That is Jack's! From good crispy chicken all the way back to breakfast in early mornings..I literally ate here yesterday myself.. Enjoyment!

I went in and asked my order to be cooked fresh. The lady who took my order politely said yes ma'am but there will be a wait. She went into the kitchen and dropped my order fresh herself. The bathroom was dirty but I received great customer service.

I got a number 6 chicken sandwich and large fries and also wanted something small. I asked for a chicken biscuit which is a breakfast item, but Jack's serves them anytime practically. I then was determined to get one, but it would take 6 minutes they said and I asked them if I would have to wait and pull over in the lot to wait for it, of course, they said yes. I didn't want to wait an extra 6 minutes, so they offered me a fish fillet, but later realized they were out of fillets, and so I somehow got 3 chicken tenders in a breakfast biscuit sandwich instead, which was good! I put 5 stars for this fun experience and for getting a bite to eat quickly. I asked for barbecue sauce and got it but I forgot to ask for napkins and didn't get any. Don't be stingy or petty, and ask and ye shall receive. Wendy's is better than McDonald's for an unpopular opinion, and Jack's might be the best if not on par with Wendy's. Good job.

Very good breakfast selection. I ordered the deluxe breakfast with bacon. I love the variety and the food was very good. The price was excellent!

The burgers and fries were tasty and hot but squished together to the point that it flatten the cheeseburger.
As for the milkshake, I was really disappointed with it. It tasted like it had freezer burn. My husband said his was ok, but they forgot the cheese on his double cheese burger.
I'm still going back because food was good, just maybe skipping the shake next time.

The Jack's restaurant at the Trenton, TN location is the first one my family has ever ate at. The food is always hot, fresh, and assembled very well!!! It actually looks like the picture on the order board. It's cheap and you get alot of food for the price!!! GO EAT AT JACK'S IN TRENTON, TN YOU WILL LEAVE SATISFIED 😀

Had the fried green tomato blt and it was delicious 😋 I wish I had a Jack's closer to home

Drive thru isn't the best option.just pop on a mask n go inside to order.drive thru wraps around building. The employee inside that handled my order was courteous and did a f as fantastic job! The food is where its at.Any of the chicken is best in town.the biscuits, again best in town and the comeback sauce makes ya comeback for more FOR SURE! great job Jack's.

We were just passing through. Glad to find a good place to eat.

Fries cooked in Fish Grease, black nasty Grease and Nasty Chicken. Not changing oil, management is Slow and Mean with no receipt. I saw multiple cash backs and rude Employees.

Had to wait but the food was fresh hot juicy and delicious.

I ordered breakfast via the drive-thru, and despite the limited staff, I still received my food in a timely manner.
