Very friendly and considerate! They worked my vehicle in to their schedule last minute to accommodate me since I been towed the day prior. They didn’t try to talk me into repairs or parts I didn’t need and took the time to explain what was occurring with my vehicle. I’ll definitely be back!

One very professional auto care facility. Took my vehicle here for some front end suspension work. They told me what could wait & what was needed. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell on anything either. My car was in & out of the shop in one business day, just make sure to schedule (at least) a few days in advance so parts can be ordered in a timely manner. I was driving through town and punctured my tire. I contacted Northside Automotive; They were very professional and were able to repair the tire and I was back on the road in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Thanks for all your help.

First off I would like to thank Sean and his wife and their service writer team for the courteous , immediate service provided to our family as a 2nd time customer. Iam so glad I put my trust in Northside Auto to take a look at the ongoing issues that no other shop could ever find . Sean and I went for a test drive and finally Heard the clunking in the front driver's side, yay! It wasn't in my head after all. 🤗. The vibration in the front or the rear that I couldn't figure out exactly. Many issues were found, and explained in clear detail by Sean after I was asked to take a visual look for myself. So shocked at all the issues that were never addressed by any other shop that I have had it to. Yes including jiffy lube where oil was last changed, and no one told me directly about a oil leak coming from the engine oil cooler. Thank goodness that Sean and his team pay attention to fine detail, because with all these repairs that were done this week, it saved me a engine, and completely ruined 8 mo. Old tires. Sean went the extra mile to explain and show with computer diagrams what was found, and what needs fixing in the future. I can't thank them enough!! This is definitely where I will put my trust in from now on. And yes I will be back there again real soon, for a complimentary checkup on all the recent repairs done, and schedule for more work to be done, and no more jiffy lube ever. Just when I thought it was costly for the repairs, I realized I could have been buying a engine shortly for 3 x's that amount. So if you expect great service with attention to detail, and kind courteous service this is the place to go! . A special Thank you for getting/ keeping my vehicle, in great running condition. Stopped by on a whim, needed my tires filled and checked. These guys were super. Stopped what they were doing and immediately got me back on the road. So thankful to have a great shop in Montello that’ll help when you need them. Thanks so much. Side note, shop was spotless, office clean, and parking lot organized.

Very professional customer service and thorough inspection. Fixed my issues and were updating me via text along the way. Price was reasonable. I will be taking my truck back to them if need be.

In 40 years of taking my vehicle to auto repair shops, by far this was the best experience I ever experienced. The number one issue going to any shop is trust! They were so honest and upfront with everything. A local dealer was so bad , saying I needed a new engine. North side was able to repair my vehicle under the price the dealer wanted just to determine what was wrong. I strongly recommend that you take your vehicle here before going anywhere.

Fit me in to get tires at the last minute which was wonderful! Routinely see them for oil changes and general maintenance. They are very detailed and do a great job every time.

We were traveling through town and had an issue with our boat trailer. Called on a Friday night at 430pm and without hesitation helped us determine we were close to blowing a tire, they changed it and we were back on the road. Great service, kind people. Thanks again!

I was in town for an overnight stay and my check engine light came on which is a scary thing. My car was also making a strange noise. I googled Auto Repair Shops and Northside came up first. I spoke to the front desk ladies who were helpful and personable and secured an appointment for me that afternoon. They were aware I needed to be back at my job next day. I never met my mechanic but I was in and out of there in about an hour and 15 minutes with my problem solved and a great explanation and understanding of what had happened. I really felt like I was in good hands with this knowledgeable and friendly group of people. They put my fears to rest and had me back on the road in no time! This Garage is a really good place to have your car fixed and maintained. Anytime I come in to have my car worked on, they always tell what they are doing and if I need certain parts and they will let me know the height level of some parts that needs to be fixed from dangerous to drive to we can get it fixed on your next oil change. They are also upfront with the cost no hidden fees. They do top knoch work.

Incredible personal service! I came to town on a fishing trip and my truck broke down in town. Staff was friendly and reassuring and said they would do everything possible to get my truck repaired by the time I needed to head home. On a Friday, the owners stayed hours after closing to make sure it was completed in time and the cost was half what I anticipated. Can’t recommend enough! Thinking of breaking down again next year to visit them lol

As alway the staff up front are very pleasant and professional and a delight to chat with. The auto technicians are awesome as well.

I got in to town last Sunday and my alternator went out. The next day I had it towed to Northside automotive in Montello. They kept me updated on my car situation. It’s a breath of fresh air having a business keep me updated.

Today was special. While running errands, I spotted a screw stuck in my driver’s side front tire. I came to Northside to see if they could help me. They immediately took my keys and said they’d fix it. Turned out it was a screw with a very short shank which was stuck but had not punctured my tire. Very quick service and no charge. I’ve been to them for many other repairs. They are always courteous, fair and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Vehicle was diagnosed and repaired as needed. Appreciated being informed throughout the process. Already made an appointment to have several maintenance items addressed before winter and expect that I’ll receive the same satisfaction in a thorough, complete and professional manner as my original work order.

We are extremely happy with the service Northside provides. They squeezed me in to give peace of mind for a check engine light before a longer commute and then repaired the issue the following week. They give realistic estimates of how long a job will take and always inform us of any and all work needed. Thank you for being a trusted service provider!!!!
