Loved it! Wonderful place to explore and learn about Will Rogers the political commentator, the movie star, world traveler and private citizen. We especially appreciated the movie theater since these old films are hard to obtain. We were also pleased to learn more details about his tragic death with pilot Wiley Post. Great find! Highly recommend for a day out with kids or grandkids or out of town visitors.

I love this museum!! It's inexpensive, open on weekends, it's in a beautiful building, and there's even a library (make prior arrangements to see it) with books galore! There are movies playing like "The Ropin' Fool" and statues to see as well as paintings and even a display of saddles as you enter. There is a gift shop with reasonably priced items. This is a must-see place in Oklahoma!

Having done and seen the musical Will Roger's Follies I felt I knew quite a bit about good Ol Will, but was impressed by how much memorabilia and info about him was contained at this site. We'll definitely need to revisit with the grandkids. Not too shabby for $5 entry for seniors.

July 26, took my visiting sister and brother-in-law here for their first time. They were impressed with the exhibits, old movies and commentary about Will Rogers. Staff at the entry desk and gift shop were very friendly and helpful. Having been to Will Roger’s Dog Iron Ranch airstrip several times for annual fly-in’s, it was nice to revisit his legacy at the museum.

The Will Rogers Memorial Museum was our 5th stop of the day on our route 66 passport adventures. It was truly phenomenal and worth visiting. They also have a children's section on the lower level, which is a great break that allows the kiddos to be able to touch stuff and have a hands on experience.

I thought he was just an actor, it was nice to learn so much more about him. There's a lot of great information as well as fun displays. The kids part of the museum is very well displayed for a lot of hands on fun. There's nice theaters to sit and watch some of his movies. The gift shop has a very sweet young lady working and the guy volunteer had lots of great information for us. Glad we took the time to visit.

What an excellent tribute to an Oklahoma man with his wit and known as the Cherokee kid. There are several movies or reels in this museum of Will Rogers and family. Worth the trip and worth strolling through. There is also a good gift shop.

Very sweet and knowledgeable people working there. Lots of different memorabilia, artwork, movies, and information about Will Rogers, plus the basement has a smaller kids’ area. My daughter enjoyed the stage down there and put on a show! Very cute.

Fun place to bring the family. The basement is a fully interactive kids museum. The upstairs is more traditional museum with a movie theater attached playing old will Rodgers films.

I was brought here by my Route 66 passport and this was so much better of an experience than I could have ever hoped for! Will Rogers has always been my hero but after visiting this incredible museum, he is even more so now! An absolutely stunning memorial for one of the greatest Americans of all time. A must see!!!

Awesome place to visit. Watch the movie about Will Rogers first before diving into the museum. Everything will make more sense. Go down below to the Children’s museum. It was so adorable and it will give you ideas on decorating. The murals were amazing!

The museum is well organized, they've got a map, there are interactive displays, and there's even a movie theater where you can watch short movies (my kids liked The Ropin' Fool).
There's bathrooms and a drinking fountain; they're not requiring masks, though we wore ours anyway.
In the basement there's a mini children's museum, which was unexpected. The kids loved it, especially the dress up area. (Photos are of the kid area.)
Admission is $7 for adults and $3 for kids 6+; 5 and under are free.
We came for the passport stamp, but it ended up being more interesting and more kid friendly than I expected.

One of the best museums we saw on our trip! Beautiful building and gardens. So much to see and learn including a huge theater playing movies. My kids loved it too especially the downstairs play area! Highly recommend.

Such a well taken care of place to learn about an iconic man. The Will Rogers Memorial Museum has a beautiful theater where you can watch some of his films.
The museum also tells about his life from his childhood to his passing.

Had no idea this was here when I came to visit a family member and stopped by on a whim. I am so glad I did as I am very familiar with who Will Rogers is. This museum was really cool and really told the story of the man that was will rogers. It was worth the stop!!
