The sales manager in the store was phenomenal. She is probably the best customer service personnel I have ever talked to in a very long time. She definitely needs a raise, promotion, or some incentive for a job well done.

I don’t usually leave reviews on anything ever, but this time I had to. I decided to go through RAC to get a new washer and dryer set. I went online did my application and paid the first week $10 but the site glitched and kept telling me my card was declined. I knew the money was there so I kept on trying. 3 times to be exact. So I check my account and it shows low and behold three charges for $10. So I called the Fort Hood Rd store and they tell me I have to call customer service because since it’s brand new they cannot see anything. So I call the number they give me and that turns into a waste of 30 minutes and they tell me I can’t talk to a supervisor they can’t help me call the store or call back tomorrow. Now I’m fuming so I start calling both of the ones on Rancier to see if someone can help me. So I call the first one and they can’t help me try the next one. I finally after a hour of arguing and nobody wanting to give me back my money or even help find it I call the one by IGA on Rancier and a man named London answered the call. Let me tell you he was absolutely perfect! He took the time to look for me in the computer and guess what?! He found me. Still couldn’t find my money but he took the time to help me finish the application and get my delivery time setup. He called back immediately anytime that he found out anything different from what I was expecting. Being a person who works in Retail in management, let me tell you London is definitely an amazing employee at RAC and I appreciate his every minute used to help me and fix the mess I was in because I used the website. Thank you so much London for making my day so much better!

The manager went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I Needed and wanted! The delivery guys were so understanding and caring they made sure my couches were in perfect condition before I left! Thank you so much.
