I had such a great experience yesterday at your Wichita Falls location. Kiara and Andi went above and beyond the customer service expectations. I am not a gamer and my 9 year old son is new to gaming systems. We had an issue with a used gaming system that we purchased for him for Christmas from this location. We called them on Wednesday and they instructed us to bring it in. I took it in yesterday and they walked me through all of our issues. They took the time to explain a lot of things to me and also gave me advice on what to look for as a parent and how to have more parenteral control over what my child has access to. They lead these conversations without me asking but did so in a way that did not feel intrusive. I was very impressed with these two ladies. All while also handling other customers in the store. It had gotten busy for a few minutes. They were very attentive to everyone. For someone who feel very uneducated in that atmosphere, they made me feel very comfortable.

Very helpful staff and always reminding you if you have points and discounts. These workers are on it!!!

game stop is a great place games for PlayStation4 and playstation5 other games, you may be interested in they pretty much have everything

I only went for my 10 year old daughter, we walked in nice and clean store, organized. We found the FNAF Plushies, she grabbed 7 different one's came up to 80.00 dollars and she squeeled she was so happy. The staff was amazing which made her even more excited.

Went in to get my kiddo the new Kirby game and found the young neb working there to be especially welcoming and helpful. It's always nice to be treated like a human being.

Roscoe the store manager is more awesome than words can explain!! His awesomeness is reflected on his employees who are extremely knowledgeable and willing to take time to ensure each and every customer is satisfied!

It was great they offered you another deal and if you didn't accept it they wouldn't keep bothering you about it personally I think that's a good thing I also got bonus deals like shark card cash when I bought gta v new and other stuff like that

All the used or older games are cheaper online. Not many to pick from either. But the people that run the store are knowledgeable and helpful (5 stars for employees), but the rest of the store not so much.

It's a small store, but it covers pretty much all you could need for console gaming and nerdy apparel. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful.
