Kohl's

Kohl's is the best place in Wichita Falls to shop, as far as my humble opinion counts. The store is clean and open. The clothing selection is my favorite. We always perform our Amazon returns here for store discounts. I haven't had a negative experience or long wait in line here. Please don't ever leave our town, Kohl's!

Went to trade in pants I had gotten for Christmas for a smaller pr. But that didn't have my size. Sephora was well stocked

T, at Sephora is amazing! Genuinely happy to help in every way! It’s so rare to experience someone who loves what they do nowadays! T definitely provides wonderful customer service!

During the weekend of November 9, 2019, I had quite a few coupons to burn up at Kohls thanks to their amazing, print-media campaigns of enticing me with a $5 off coupon, $10 off of $25 for Veteran's Day, and a 30% off my total purchase. The parking lot was clean and had enough space for the other customers to not hit my car. The store itself is gearing up for the increase foot traffic from the Holiday Season. The aisles and areas were neat and clean with everything organized into a proper place. The associates there were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Kohl's always has a good in-store selection and the store associates are helpful but never pushy. Also, Kohl's in-store return is handy for items ordered online.

Everyone I have needed are helpful, friendly and curteous. Only problem I have had is having to hunt someone for assistance in departments. It's a big store. Very tiring to go from areas in back or middle to very front and then back to area. They assist but I'm tired by then and shopping isn't relaxing but frustrating for me. But I do love Kohls

Shopping good. Nice store. Very pushy cashier wanting...insisting I apply for a credit card! I was almost an argument but a friend walked up and started talking to me and I didn't give the cashier a chance to push any farther! Very off putting. I won't go through that again!

Clean store. The employees are welcoming, professional, and friendly. And being a Kohl's card holder is a great way to save money with the sales, coupons, and earning Kohl's cash, it is a win win. No other department stores in Wichita Falls compares to Kohl's, not even close. Kohl's is my favorite store and my first stop when I need home items, clothes, and electronics. Also, a very good selection of toys and gifts during the holiday season.

I went to Kohl's to drop off an Amazon return. The guest service employees are great. I prefer Kohl's for dropping Amazon returns than the FedEx locations.

The clearance racks are where it's at. Otherwise I couldn't afford this place.

Kohl's always has good deals on everything. The upside to Kohl's too is being able to check items out in person before you buy them. Oftentimes, I buy online, but then have to send it back (looking at you Amazon).

Really nice lady helped me find jeans a few weeks ago,but I cannot recall her name. Great place!

Absolutely love this store! Always clean including dressing rooms. They always have great sales going on. Their clothing is well made and lasts a very long time. Great selection too! Love getting Kohls cash. It gives me a reason to go back. Staff is always super friendly. They even gave me a "yes we can" discount because some sweaters were with ones that were on sale! Love this place!
