What a fantastic find! This shop owner is passionate and knowledgeable about her product. And she shares! She has everything from fresh curds to 27 year old cheddar. I've never tasted cheese this good. We will be stopping by every time we come up from Indianapolis.

This place is a hidden gem. I love cheese and had some 10 year old cheddar last summer, elsewhere. The store owner was such a character and offered me her family’s history, she’s 4th generation owner. She also had me try their 10 and 18 year old cheddar. The 18 year was outrageous and so good. I ended up getting 3 blocks, almost a pound each of the 7 year old only because I didn’t realize they’re cash only place. Still, what a nice place and the cheese is outstanding! I’ll be ordering online, since I was only visiting during a business trip.

Wonderful small cheese store with a little bit of everything, but most importantly... personality. The woman who owns it is totally knowledgeable and quite the character. The shop itself is part store and part history museum. Well worth a stop to check it out and pick up some interesting cheese and snacks.

Great place and excellent cheese! Carol is awesome, a great cheese expert and fun to talk to. We send lots of our friends there - it's our very favorite cheese store in all of northeast Wisconsin!

Lots of history in this shop. The lady who owns this has worked in cheese factories her whole life. Need to know about acid level, coloring, aging, any other esoteric stuff about cheese then this is the place to go.

Miss Carol is a spectacular lady. Fed me from the time I walk in the door with not only a fantastic variety of different cheeses but also gave me a complete history of her family's history in the area of being in the cheese business. A must stop if your in the area.

OMG, the cheese samples were out of this world. I couldn't resist....I should have bought the block. The cheese is fresh! The service is phenomenal. And if you look around you can find some cute, usable, gifts that are different than the normal stuff.

An authentic Italian Wisconsin cheese epicenter anybody who likes cheese Hass to stop at this place. Make sure you sample the cheese curds and get to understand how this place came to be it has roots in Italy and also northern Wisconsin there are amazing stories to be heard

Love that it's still the small owned cheese house.. Very fair prices, small selection during these Covid times but had my hard to find cheeses. We always stop here when we come through town

There's not enough money to buy all the wonderful, delicious cheeses we craved! Wonderful man behind the counter who enjoys courteous cheese loving customers! Next timer we're going with fatter wallets and a cooler to hold more cheese!
