This place is fantastic. Every instructor takes the time needed to make sure everyone understands, without making the person they're helping feel like they're holding up the class. Great variety of classes, and at good times. Everyone from the instructors and management to fellow students are all super friendly.

I don't normally write reviews. But I was in the area for work this week and I wanted to get some jiu jitsu in. I call the day prior and asked if I could come in. I was warmly greeted at the door and shown around. The facility was large and had lots of free weights especially barbells and some cardio equipment. They had a large rolling area behind a cage. And there was a ton of hardwear (trophies and medals) on the walls. Obviously a winning team. The instructors were quick to greet me and welcome me to the mats. First impression during the warm up was favorable the focus was on warming up and stretching but not too much. We quickly went into instruction. It was effective and all student question were thoroughly answered. Skills practice was controlled and lots of attention to the students was applied. The overall impression that I got as and outsider to the group was welcoming and warm. I was warmly treated with respect, courtesy, and had some fun. I highly enjoyed my 2 no gi sessions at the gym, I would recommend anyone to go to this gym. Next time I am in town for work I will head here.

I love being apart of the solid family! Classes are always fun and they implement good technique. From beginners to professionals - they have it all. Professor, Kru, Tamara, and all of the other coaches are wonderful.

I used to watch my husband train Jiu Jitsu and MMA and never once did I think I would ever be interested in stepping onto the mats. When I first experienced my time at this gym, it was a family atmosphere. It felt familiar even though I had never been there. I can know attribute my weight loss, my Jiu Jitsu knowledge and MMA knowledge to the great instructors here at Solid. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for my husband and his career and our family.

I used train here off and on. The owners are pleasant people who treat people right! You can always find someone to spar or roll with because almost everyone there is a competitor,be it amateur or pro MMA fighters to people training for grappling tournaments.

Been here as a martial artist, and fighter for about 8 years. I love the community. I love the training atmosphere. Great place for anyone wanting to try there hand at the martial arts life.

I came here with very little experience and they were extremely patient with me if you come here they will accept you as family the training is fantastic and the community is great I guarantee you will love this gym
