Pauline went out of her way to make my shopping experience great. She turned what could have been an embarrassing situation into a pleasant experience.

Like any business, the employees change over time and give different impressions to different people. I worked there for several years, and had managers, who generally had my back. There will always be people who are too excitable, and leave bad reviews because of a single bad experience. Sometimes things are out of our hands since corporate exerts top-down pressure for store policies. At least when it comes to this store, if you work hard, your efforts are recognized. When reading or writing these kinds of reviews, I think its better to try to put yourself in other people's shoes. For example, I think it's a little crazy that some people expect fast food speed for the drive-through pharmacy. Insurance doesn't always work as smoothly as people would like, and the number of prescriptions varies on a day to day basis.

CVS is a first-class top-notch Pharmacy. They have a great staff of pharmacist and pharmacist assistants, who feel your prescriptions accurately and expeditiously. The store has a great number of over the counter drugs, as well as many other common items that you can purchase while you're waiting for your prescriptions to be filled. If you're looking for a good Pharmacy, you can't do better than CVS.

Diana in Pharmacy is so sweet and kind. Performing the multi-tasking balancing act of doing vaccines and running the pharmacy desk was a sight to behold. CVS is lucky to have her on their team, I wish her all the best.

I had a very similar experience as most of the reviews calling, being on hold for long periods of time, driving to store to see about script to be told to come back ( a few times) and yes it was very frustrating to me and I'm sure to the employees only. But I want to say thank you to Ashley for going the extra mile in getting my daughters prescription done and giving a discount card that saved 50.00. Maybe they will get the staffing they need to be better but thank you again Ashley
