Hefner Stop

I have been going to the Hefner Stop for cigars since their opening date. They are convenient for the location. The store is staffed by family of employees and they are opened on Holidays and open at 8:00a.m. closing around 10p.m. to 11p.m. They carry an assortment of items such as incense, scratch offs, sandwiches, beverages and gasoline non ethanol. Some of the items are more costly than other convenient stores and not so much different of certain things. When other stores are closed on Holidays they are always open.

Been coming to this place for 20 years and still love it. Prefect for my type of munchies!!

Good place to go. They're foreigner's so they aren't particularly friendly but that's just their culture.

The guy at the counter wasn't rude but he kicked me out saying I couldn't wait at the counter or be in the store at all while he was using the restroom. Which is understandable, but are there no other staff I always see him alone??? A lot of things there are either out of date or overpriced. Also doesn't smell the greatest. If you do buy be sure to check the date they don't offer refunds no matter the reason :/

My brother used the ATM and it gave him a $1.00 bill and should have been a $20.
We talked to the manager he wasn't nice at all. He said that wasn't possible.
I worked for a bank for 22 years, it is possible.
We spent a lot of money there every month.we will not go back.
I told him

clerk lady didn't give me the correct change but I realised too late. Went back inside 2min later and she acted like i was trying to lie about it and make me feel bad. Never go here, they'll try to steal your money

This place needs to shut down!!!! All drinks are always out of date and when you tell them they just put it back on the shelf.If you use a card make sure you get a receipt.my husband went in and used his bank card for a $9 and something change didn't get the receipt and we found out 2 days later thay they charged us $90.They have over charged me for drinks in the past.Oh and it still stinks in there.

Sold me $25 Juul pods that i later found out cost $15 everywhere else, they had been tampered with, replaced the flavor with something else that leaked and made me sick and was extremely rude when i went back and politely asked to exchange them.

Bought a 5 hr energy that was out of date and when I went to return it, the guy at the counter put it back on the display for sale. I also grabbed a vitamin water while I was there and realized it was also out of date when I left. I dont even want to walk back in there to return. Will never go back.

Smells bad and they don’t carry a lot of things. It’s dirtyyy. I would not buy anything from here. I’m just wondering why it smelled like a damn porta-potty
