Gabe Freeman made such a complicated process perfectly easy to understand and was able to get me much more than I was shopping for originally!!! For even less than I could imagine. I have nothing against any other staff member, he was just the one that helped me and I would be content keeping my business here if every staff were to act this way. Wonderful shopping experience.

Was welcomed at the door with smiles. Adam Brooks was a pleasure to work with also. He was very honest, friendly ,helpful and patient. He also has a great attitude. Definitely would recommend the store ,Adam and the other employees to others. Great job Adam!

I always have great service at this USCC! I scheduled an appt on my phone and walked right in! We upgraded plans and added 2 phones...all that in under 30 minutes! It was a great experience!

My phone completely died and Jacob Bushyhead did a great job helping me get my important things off my old phone. He took the time to really help me. As usual it was a good experience with US Cellular.

We have been with U.S. Cellular for over 11 years they've gotten a lot faster with their customer service and getting customers in-and-out of the store as quickly as possible I would not change service.
