Powell was very helpful well my check-in and understanding. Great room very modern with fridge iron coffee maker microwave hair dryer. These things made the stay enjoyable. The room office and grounds where very clean and quiet. I would recommend another stay. And I didn't have to spend an arm and leg.

This is our go-to stay place when we visit Tulsa. Staff is great and rooms are clean. Don't expect fancy or swanky, expect comfy bed and great shower. Occasionally find previous occupants stuff in fridge but so what? No bugs, no smell, no problems! The shuttle to the Hard Rock is super convenient, don't forget to tip the driver!

Ive stayed at this Holiday Inn for the past 3 months for work. The staff is all very friendly. The breakfast is really good. The rooms have always been super clean. There are good reasons I've chosen to stay at this hotel for 3 months and will stay here until work is done. Great choice to stay here.

This is my second visit to the area and second time using this motel. The rooms are really nice. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is skin peeling awesome. The only complaint I have is the older lady up front, that apparently only works weekend nights, was rude. And not just to me and my companions, but to other people also checking in that we observed. She kept trying to run my debit card like a credit card in the tap to pay and wouldn't let me enter my pin. She said "Ive never had to do that before" and I tried to tell her my debit card won't run like credit with tap to pay. Finally she used it by inserting a chip and told me if it denied again she would just have to cancel my room. When she inserted the chip she entered more numbers (I don't know like a pin?) And of course it denied. She then acted like she just had to cancel everything and I told her I would go to an ATM and get cash and she just said I guess so. While I went to ATM my companions observed her denying to accommodate an elderly man a bottom floor room. Told him he would have to cancel on booking com. Another person wanted the shuttle to the Hard rock Casino notified they were waiting and was told to just wait outside they eventually just come by (which they don't). When I came back with the cash she reluctantly handed me my room cards. One room key wasn't even programmed and had to go back and get that fixed. That was horrible customer service. Her attitude should never be at a time when you have that many people checking in at a time when we've all been traveling for hours and just looking to relax a minute off the road. She doesn't belong in that area of work.

The room looked to be recently updated. It was clean, comfortable and quiet! The water pressure in the shower was way better than expected!!! If you are going to spend any time at the Hard Rock casino, this your place to stay. There is a shuttle to and from the casino!

We will stay here again for our next concert!!!

The room and lobby was spotless. The bed was comfortable and it was modern and clean. Breakfast area was also clean, good coffee. The Don't know if previous mamager had changed based on reviews. I was not disappointed.

Tub was ti slippery to get into. Thought I would fall. Otherwise the room and service was wonderful.

This is a very nice place to stay. We had a room with 2 queen size beds and paid 84 dollars for it. The room was clean and renovated, leaving a good impression. The breakfast included apples, yogurt, cereal, toast and waffles, unfortunately, those weren't good at all and we couldn't eat them.

We were blown away by this hotel from the moment we pulled up. For the affordable price, we expected to find decent to average-condition (and likely outdated) rooms. Not at all. The rooms are MASSIVE, and beautifully decorated in modern decor -- all of which is in brand-new condition. The bathrooms are spacious and we found them to be impeccably clean. The mini-kitchen was a pleasant surprise! (The rooms have a small fridge, a microwave, and a sink in them). The floor of the room is carpeted and spotless, and the entire space is immaculate. Beds are unbelievably comfortable with fluffed pillows and nice heavy blankets. I found the front desk staff to be friendly, straight to the point, and helpful. The amenities here are much better than what you typically find at such an affordable price point. Highly recommend!

Non smoking room was very clean and simple. LOVED the 3 queen beds and window that actually opens. Nice large screen TV with cable channels. Fridge/freezer was rather large. Microwave & coffee maker clean. Adequate parking. Clerk was friendly and answered questions. Diner right next door for breakfast

Great price, clean rooms refrigerator and microwave good size t.v waffles and more for breakfast. Close proximity to the Hard Rock casino 🎰. Right off the highway, lots of stores close by.

Very affordable prices and very modern rooms. Our $60 room would have been $120 or more just a couple blocks away. Well lit, secure and clean parking and for a continental breakfast, everything was fresh, clean and very orderly. The young man in the hotel lobby was very very kind, informative and genuine. Free shuttle to the hard rock and if you’ve ever saw the parking situation at hard rock, this is a must. We’ve decided to stay an extra night and we are usually home body’s. We will be back

A GREAT PLACE to stay. We were on week three of our trip to Oklahoma for work. My company booked the room so I don't know the price. However my pay fee was only $15 a night. The staff was all really great. They had a decent continental and we were in a great location for everything we needed. This was a long work trip filled some pretty bad motel exsperience but The Catoosa Inn & Suites was clean, housekeeping was perfect and very good AC. Thank you guys so much for taking pride in your Hotel. It shows that you do.

My double bed room was very spacious and comfortable. The hot water, wifi, and a/c-heater worked without flaw, and so did the refrigerator and microwave. The customer service was good and they changed my towels and rags and took out my trash every day. All for a comfortable price.

Very Friendly and polite staff, especially for a late night check in. Rooms are large and spacious. Clean and modern looking. Outside decor is modern and cool looking. Mini fridge, microwave, iron, iron board, so far seems quite. Parking directly in front of our room
Definitely recommended and would book another stay here if i was in the area.

We slept soundly in this spacious, quiet, and very clean room. It had plenty of lights and available electrical outlets, comfortable easy chair, nice big desk, microwave, and refrigerator with separate freezer. The water was hot, and the room heating system worked quietly and well. Breakfast was not sumptuous, but was nutritious and reasonable.
I would recommend this hotel any day and will stay here again.

Looking for a quite, well lit parking lot, moderate price. Found it exactly what you wanted a nice room, nice desk, and nice bathroom. Disadvantages would be some of the other guest with larger vehicles parking to close in the parking lot.

Really enjoyed our stay. It's alittle diamond in the rough! Very clean, comfortable, up to date decor, great price and good location. We were in town for business and will definitely stay again, on future trips.

Been here a week, and due to stay another 3 weeks! My room was ENORMOUS and beautifully decorated!
The office staff (owners maybe?) are both amazingly polite, and BOTH very helpful to their customers!
My first week had been amazing and I’m really going to hate checking out when my school is over!!
And I have yet to find a beg bug 🙄 these rooms are entirely to well kept and clean and I’ve tore this room UP every night and have yet to see one or get bitten.
