AT&T Store

Wife & I, just got a couple of new phones. Traded in our old S9 & S10's. Wanted old data transferred plus wipe personal info from old phones. Joey was over the top helpful. Great guy to deal with! FYI....we love our new S24+'s!

I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with AT&T technical support (3 levels of tech support) trying to get the eSIM working on two new iPads I bought to no avail. The phone tech support people I worked with had me trying various ways (some messing up the backup I had downloaded). I did not get the tech support I would expect. I called the Catoosa AT&T store, explained what I had gone through and what I was trying to get accomplished. The manager, Jamie told me to come right in. I got there and Jamie and Taylor promptly and professionally got the issue resolved in 15 minutes. These are AT&T’s front line to your customers and they were helpful, friendly and very competent. These are your employees that should be making the best money.

Abraham the Sales Rep was working today when I went in here to figure out what was going on with my phone plan. Even though the news he gave us was terrible, I can still say that our experience with Abraham was excellent. His customer service is outstanding and his straight forward and honest approach is what I want to see in all Sales Reps employed by AT&T. Thanks for all your help Abraham.

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: My husband dropped his phone and broke it. He purchased a new phone somewhere else but couldn't get info from the broken phone to his new one so he took it to this AT&T store. He walked in at 7pm when they were closing but an employee, named Onyx, stayed until 7:45 to get the data transferred and the new phone up and running. Onyx should be commended for the excellent customer service he provided way up and beyond what is often the norm today. What an incredible employee representing AT&T!!!

We highly recommend Victoria Mersch at the Catoosa AT&T Store. She really went out of her way to help us resolve our phone issue and we ended up signing up for another year with AT&T. It's people like Victoria that win us over. The outsourced customer service like everywhere else, is frustrating and slow.

Any time I have a problem with my phone, I go to this store on Robson road, Catoosa, Oklahoma, and they fix whatever I need. I really would suggest this store to anyone in that area. Thank you

I went in to pick a new phone and was greeted immediately by Victoria. Not only is this young lady a Navy Vet. She is charming and extremely helpful. She helped me activate my phone and was very pleasant to talk to. She made my experience top notch. Att needs a thousand more Victorias.

My husband and I went to Catoosa AT&T store shopping for new wireless service. Victoria met us at the door and helped us choose the right plan, making sure we received all discounts we were entitled to. Victoria made switching wireless service almost pleasant. Thank you so much Victoria.

Our visit to the AT&T Store was because both my husband and I received messages that we had used all our high speed data for the month in just a week. Zax waited on us immediately and made sure he got us the best upgrade possible. He checked with his boss, since he said he was fairly new, and got us exactly what we need at a very cheap increase in our monthly bill! We couldnt be happier with our visit and experience. We are very happy with the service we received.

After weeks of spotty service from our previous internet provider. My wife stopped by the AT&T store in Catoosa and left with a new mobile hot spot and plan that far exceeds what we had been using. The ladies there were friendly , helpful and even stayed late after closing hours to set up the new equipment and made certain it was functioning correctly before she left. Thank you Victoria for making changing internet providers so easy! We will be telling all of our customers and friends to visit this store. Rarely do you come into a retail store with such an amazing staff who goes above and beyond to insure a good experience.

I came in to drop a line, customer service and overall friendliness prompted me to purchase a new phone and I was able to bring my overall cost down. Definitely remaining as a customer, any issues I come across, they help me as much as is able and love how out of the way they go for me.

I was distressed about a potential fraud with my ATT account. I called and spoke the Jami the store manager. She advised for me come to the ATT Store with my id and a copy of my bill to check to see if my account had been compromised. Jami was able to help me with the issuse. She identified that it was a 3rd party company who was not following ATT policy. Jami helped arrange for an upgrade to current internet speed. Jami also helped my husband and I with cost comparisons with potential phone upgrades. She was professional, compassionate, and empathic to my situation. She calmed down my anxiety. I left store at peace- gone was that terrible feeling that I may be a victim of identy theft. My mind was running through all the accounts, passwords and the exhausting task of that process. My husband is elated- because I am no longer talking about the potential of identy theft.

The sales rep that helped us was AWESOME. Came for a new phone for Dad. She walked him thru how it worked. Answered all of his questions. We thought she went above and beyond to make sure we were good too go. She even found us some savings on our bill.
There were only 2 sales reps and we came in 4th. So there was a short wait but we looked around. No biggie. We really like the store in Catoosa, OK.

I transferred my phone from Sprint to here. It was a seamless process and allowed me to finally finalize stuff with my old plan with my grandma. Normally, it would’ve caused a lot of problems, but mine went straight on with no problems!
