Amazing place. In and out with four tires quickly. Seating bench outside if you wait. Provided available rebate if I wanted to pursue, very friendly And very helpful when I called in to ask about what tire I needed.. and all the options were in stock.

Every once in a while you find that place that you know you can trust. Good people, honest, dependable. No reason to go anywhere else.

Was travelling south on NYE when my truck didn't feel right so I pulled over at the rest area north of Westfield and found my tire was almost flat. I popped my spare on which wasn't in much better shape. I had enough air to head down the road. I called numerous places around the area and thankfully Napralla was still open. I explained my situation and they told me to come on over and they would work me in. Shortly after I arrived, my tire was being repaired. They even put it back on for me and repaired my spare as well! Everyone there was super friendly. I even spoke with a local gentleman who was there to get a tractor tire repaired who would second my review of Napralla. He confirmed to me that this was a top notch place and they do their best to accommodate anyone who is in a sticky situation. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area or anyone travelling through that needs something fixed. Thanks to them I was able to continue my trip and it didn't ruin my New Years! Great people, fast service, and reasonable prices. Couldn't have been happier given my situation.

I called at 2pm yesterday and by 3pm I had a tire. Got me in immediately even though he was extremely busy. Very professional courteous people. I highly recommend them and will tell everyone I know to go there.

Good honest tire and service shop. It's a Firestone franchise, but don't be concerned with the reputation of big city Firestone locations; this is a small town shop with straightforward dudes.

I used this location several times while traveling through upstate Wisconsin for satellite installation. They helped me out with my van and were friendly and informative about the service being done and the recommendations for future maintenance. As a guy who does all of his own mechanic work when he is not on the road, I can confidently say these dudes were honest and didn't seem like they would ever play any of the overpriced and sometimes unnecessary repair recommendation shenanigans typical of big city Firestone locations. Good people here.

Great service and really busy shop. Try to make an appointment but they will get to you as soon as possible. Had an emergency and needed tires put on and he really helped us out. Highly recommend

Great people hard workers to help customers..

Went in to have two tires swapped out. Left side rear tire had been plugged a couple times... let's just say I was tired of putting air in that dang tire every day. Ended up with having that tire fixed properly - thank you Mark! - AND saved money. This is why I support small/locally owned businesses.

My third experience with them and each one has been the same. Fast, professional and affordable. All the staff I encountered were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended

Every time I've had to go to Napralla Tires for work on my vehicles, Mark and his crew have been friendly and up front with what needed to be repaired and the cost of those repairs. Having an Audi there were repairs that Mark said I should take to an Audi dealership because he didn't have the exact tool and didn't want to do anything but his best work. They are a class act of integrity and workmanship. I always recommend them to anyone who asks about who to go to with a vehicle repair. 5 stars to these guys!!!
