Taco Bueno

This taco bueno has stepped there game up with customer service. Never a disappointment when I visit there. Sure the wait is long sometimes, but demand for workers is at an all time high. Please remember they are people trying to make a living and they serve you. Be well all! Delilaa is exceptional mgr and remembers you when you walk in her store, greets you with a smile!

I've worked at taco beuno before and this is 100% the best one I've had the pleasure of eating at. The wait is a little long but that's due to the sheer number of people that have come to enjoy their food. The staff is incredibly nice and love to joke around with the customers. 10/10 customer service, food, and speed. You genuinely receive what you okay for when coming to this taco

I was compelled to write this review because the moment I walked in the door I felt like they wanted to take care of me. The guy cooking greeted me and held a short conversation while I waited for the guy working the register to come around. He took my order and hooked me up with the vet discount and when my food was ready he actually walked around handed me my food and thanked me. Not to many places do that they just call a number or name.

This place gets bad reviews but they're good people. Definitely understaffed. Ordered $40 worth of the other day and they were having issues with their credit card machine so they gave it to me for free. Definitely didn't expect that but will definitely be going back.

Love this place I always order no veggies which is complicated I know but they always get it right. Love the staff so much they will sit there an carry on random conversations with you while making your food! Had a bad day an they completely turned my day around! Just an FYI I want to thank everyone working tonight friday January 14th for helping my mom tonight she was waiting in line an for the first time she had a bad diabetic episode and you guys saved her by taking her that drink an going the extra mile to watch after her wait with her to make sure that she was OK you guys are angels an thank you so much! Big thumbs up to the crew I know your job isn't easy dealing with people but your kindness truly shined!

Food was excellent and fresh. The woman at the window was patient and helpful to us that hadn't had Taco Bueno in over 10 years. It was a nice meal for our family on the way home from a grueling trip. Sucks to be you Taco Tico.(who closes at 8 on a Saturday?) Special thanks to the Drive thru chick with long hair and bandana. You and your crew rocks lady!

My hometown Bueno! Occasionally the drive thru has quite a long wait, but the staff is friendly and the food is good value and quality. I've eaten here probably 1000 times and it is one of my favorites.

This place has changed and for the better! It used to take quite a while to get your order. Now? They are on the ball. It was clean and staff was friendly. Order was also correct.

Food was disgusting today didn't get all the order, ice was out dirty tables, cheese sauce looked like water, beef was so greasy it soaked thru 2 napkins.

Lots of negative reviews for this place. Not sure if I am lucky or what but this is my favorite fast-food joint in town, especially if I want tex-mex. I have never once had them mess up my order and the food is always delicious. I almost always use the drive-thru, and while it's sometimes crowded, they do a good job of keeping things moving and are very friendly.

Food is great....they are so painfully slow. I don’t know if they’re short on staff or what it is, except to spend 20-30min in drive thru. Other than that everything is great. Bring your patience & you’ll be good.

I really have to brag about BUENO !! They have stepped up their game . Getting food out quick and correct . Real change from what it use to be . I quit going for a while because the drive thru was at least an hour wait if not more . So good job guys ! Nice work .

My favorite! I have a Bueno fan! I truly think Claremore is one of the best there is. Always efficient in taking my order quickly and having it ready, while being correct in quantity and quality. Very affordable and delicious fast food.

Man i freakin love bueno but yall need a second location in claremore or more employees..ive gone during day and ive been at night..always the same...SUPER BUSY! its like sit down restaurant long wait.. I swear we sat and waited for 40 mins the other nite in drive thru but i had to have my mexi dip n chips!

walked in around 130pm just after the business lunch rush, the entire crew was busy cleaning, stocking, (recovering from the lunch) while helping the few folks that were there.

I asked how big the Nacho Salad was? "If it would feed me, as big a guy as I am?" the young man making things along the line stifled a giggle, and told me he didn't think so and told me what was included.

I asked if I paid for two of the if he could fix them in the big platter togo box?

Needless to say the answer was YES .... Man that was the best Taco Salad I've had in a very long time.

We hear bad things about fast food chains all the time, I can tell you that this one is ran correctly, Good customer service, great food, clean environment, and friendly smiling faces working hard to provide all that to us at minimum wage.

I made a point to tell the Mgr. that she was doing an awesome job, and I challenge each and everyone of ya'll to take the time to tell the Mgr. of fastfood joints that they and their crew are doing a great job when it applies.

Today around 3:00 this afternoon the food was so delicious! They accidentally put tomatoes on our nachos but they immediately corrected it and they were so all so kind and very helpful! This crew rocks!

Long wait but thats due to covid and lobby closed all traffic through drive through. Also looked lower staffed so keeping up with orders harder. Was worth the wait food delicious and perfectly prepared.

Love there homemade salsa and the food is never smashed always count on being made right no matter how big the order is. Sometimes slow but it is fast food it only depends on the hours.

Love their Mexican food and their prices are some of the best! You would expect to pay a lot more when considering the quality and not to mention they're quick too! Will be back soon... thanks!
