This particular location is outstanding. As soon as you walk in you notice great lighting and it not only looks clean it smells clean. Walmart is not going to be my first choice anymore. The employees also look like they are happy to be there.

DISCLAIMER: I'm honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: The Catoosa Reasor’s location has been my favorite for years and I shop both online and in person there. First, I'd like to give kudos to personal shopper, Michelle, for always doing a perfect job on my online purchases and provides A+++ customer service. She is an asset to that store. This store is very clean and bright and I feel safe shopping there, unlike some of the locations closer to me in Tulsa, and so I drive 10+ miles just to shop there. However, over the past several months I've encountered some issues that have been frustrating. I'll start with their 4 for $19.95 meat Combo Special in the Meat Department. When stocked, they offer a good variety of meat for this. When they are low on stock, however, I've found that they place other similar packages of meat in that section and if you don't catch it, you'll get charged for the full price item. I've brought that to their attention on several of my last visits because it looks deliberate into tricking a customer into something they think they're getting for a special price when they're not. Then, 5 out of 5 of my last in-person shopping visits, I've been overcharged on something. The minimum I was overcharged was $3.00 and the maximum went all the way up to a total of $13.00 on just one occurrence. Often, the overcharge is a result of their system not applying one of their own digital coupons. The most frustrating part of those experiences was not so much the dollar amount but the way I was treated when I'd bring it to their attention. On every one of those occasions, the manager on duty would stand there and challenge me about it but find that when they looked at their ad and/or went to the floor to check on the price, etc., I was correct. Here's the part of this situation that saddens me most: I usually get an apology when it's been resolved. But that doesn't come until after having to fight over the error and be humiliated in front of employees AND customers to get it resolved. Since this has now happened to me on 5 occasions in just recent months at this location, I will not be shopping at Reasor's again for a long time. It’s sad because I’ve been going to Reasor’s since I went with my mother as far back as 1963. I'll take the $500+ a month that I spend on groceries and go to stores within blocks (not miles) of where I live. My advice: check your receipts everywhere you shop and if you find a discrepancy call for a manager to get it corrected. Because chances are that if you're being cheated so are a lot of other people making the same purchases. And at Reasors, always double check that your digital coupons are being applied, as well.
