Green Country School of Dental Assisting

I attended this school August-November of 2022. I learned so much and definitely felt prepared to go into the dental field. It is a very hands on program in an actual dental office which really helps. The teachers do a great job and make you feel comfortable dental assisting before sending you off to the big world. I’m so thankful I chose this school!

I went through this program right out of high school. I didn't have the option of going to a 4 year college due to having to work to take care of myself at 18. I attended the Saturday class which allowed me to continue waitressing to pay my bills. The instructors were compassionate and I got the one-on-one attention I needed. Not only did they give me the skills to succeed, they gave me confidence and friendship as well. Because of the training I received at Green Country School of Dental Assisting I was able to get a job right after the program and have been in the field ever since. I would highly recommend this school to anyone. If you are fresh out of high school, planning on going to dental hygiene school, or a parent who wants a fulfilling career but can only attend nights or weekends, this is the school for you!

GCSDA was a wonderful experience for me and proved to be a great benefit to my career path. I attended this program to gain experience in the dental field. I was able to get an assisting job fairly quick upon completion of the course. The school experience and job after were very beneficial in my acceptance to dental school a couple of years down the road. Anyone looking for a career in an exciting and fulfilling field should absolutely start their training at GCSDA. The staff and doctors are enjoyable to work with and create a learning environment that is fun but most importantly capable of adequately preparing you for your future.

This program is great! It was very fast paced, which I loved. The instructors were amazingly helpful. Saturday classes were perfect for me while I was still working and going to school. I was able to find employment within the dental community quickly and felt prepared due to the large amounts of on hands training I recieved.

I went through GCSDA several years ago and loved it! GCSDA really jump started my career in the dental field by giving me opportunities that I could not find in other programs. Smaller class sizes allowed more one on one training and the program is very affordable. They helped me acquire an internship and I found a full time job quickly! I’ll never forget my instructors from GCSDA! They were incredible teachers and cheerleaders for everyone in my class. I have been in the dental field for 11 years now and I always look back and I am thankful I chose Green Country School of Dental Assisting!

I graduated from GCSDA in 2002 and was able to get a job directly after completing the program. They teach you the basic skills needed to prepare for an entry level position as a dental assistant. I loved the hands on part of the program because I’m more of a visual learner. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to become a dental assistant.

I went to GCSDA a couple of years ago. My dad told me about the program and I wasn't so sure I would be interested in dental. But I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. Not knowing much about the program, I called and asked if I could get some more info and they were happy to set up a time for me to look around. I immediately fell in love. The program is fast paced, but that worked for me. I learned a lot and they will help you find a dentist to go to after you graduate! The instructors are all super nice and it was just a great experience!

I am a general dentist in Tulsa, and I have worked with many dental assistants that graduated from the GCSDA. The skills learned by those who complete the course will provide them incredible opportunities to find excellent jobs within the dental field. All of the assistants that I have worked with out of GCSDA have been well prepared to assist me chair-side and have definitely known dentistry well. I am so thankful for this dental assisting school and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a fantastic career.

GCSDA was a great place to start my dental assisting career . I learned alot of hands on. It was a great environment to be around as well and the instructors were there to help when needed. I was able to get out and start my dental assisting career right away.

I recently finished the Saturday class and I absolutely loved it. My instructors always went out of their way to make sure each student understood the lecture and hands on portion of the chapters. It was a very fast paced program, which was very helpful to me. I’m excited to put my knowledge that I have learned through out the program into my life long career. Thank you GCSDA!

I will forever be grateful for my time at Green Country. It was thorough and prepared me for the real world of dentistry. Having been in the dental field for several years I feel that assistants that have been at Green Country are much more knowledgeable than other assisting schools. Also, a huge factor was the cost. I definitely got the most for my money through Green Country and recommend it to anyone looking for a career in dental assisting.

I went through this program right after high school because I didn’t want to go to a long term college at the time, but I wanted to get into a good career. I absolutely loved it and the instructors were great! If you’re a hands on person and wanting to go into the dental field then this is a school you would love!

I took Saturday classes here, and it was such a good experience. The instructors are so helpful, and the small class sizes are great for one on one help. I learned so much and felt comfortable leaving the program to go into the field. I would highly recommend this course!!

Loved every bit of it. The instructors were awesome and I met some great friends! Going through this course definitely made me feel much more comfortable going into an office already knowing how to do the basics.

I have always been interested in the dental field and this class taught me so much in 12 weeks! You will learn the terminology and different ways to get the job done! The instructors help you in every way they can and the best part is HANDS ON!
