Dot's Cafe

Dot's is a very quaint and cute diner in the heart of downtown Claremore! The food is excellent and the service is fast and friendly! Definitely recommend checking it out!

I showed up about 15 min to close without realizing it. They sat and served us the best god damned food I've ever had. I got the deluxe cheeseburger with fries and damn near saw the enlightenment of the universe. It is infinitely better than any fast food you could get. And at the end of it all, we got 2 slices of pie and fell into a food coma.

I don't even live in Claremore, and would gladly make the drive for the food.

The decor and ambience was homey and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly sweet. 100/10

Definitely this place fits into my secret stash called "This is Oklahoma". Most dining establishments fail in their first year. There is a reason why this treasure has been on location in downtown Claremore for over 100 years. Great good and service... A hearty breakfast for sure. I got the experience of being cashed out by Dot's granddaughter. A must visit if you're sliding down route 66.

The food was excellent! I'm used to getting small thin pork chops when I order them for breakfast, not at Dot's! I was pleasantly surprised with the size and thickness of that chop. Dot's may be a small place but they deliver on taste and quality.

Great place to eat and get a cup of coffee. I love the wall decor and I've always been treated like a customer should. If you need a home cooked meal this is the place to go. Chicken fried steak is sheer perfection. The Biscuits and gravy are a necessary choice.

Perfect old school cafe with great food, prices and people all in one spot. Beats fast food any day.

Mom and Pop’s little cafe in the heart of downtown Claremore, OK. Been here since 1971 for a reason. Good food cooked right by the original owners. You got to try their chicken fried steak…..

Our first time was Christmas Eve morning. They were so warm and welcoming to us. The food was fantastic hometown diner food. We have eaten there many times since and have never been disappointed.

I love Dot's Cafe!! All the staff are really nice. It has a small restaurant with a home cooked meal and great service! They treat you like you're one of them lol. They little plaques all over the walls you can read while waiting for your food and I promise you won't get through all of them in 1 visit. I go here at least once a month and I will continue to go. I absolutely love this restaurant! ❤

They have Dippin Dots and homemade pie! My granddaughter is a huge fan. Good home cookin' and reasonable prices with small town diner feel. As with all businesses in downtown Claremore, use the restroom before you go. When the town was built, that wasn't factored in. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

ate lunch in here one day, had chicken fried steak. It was delicious. I love the old time feel, it’s nothing fancy and relatively small, but the atmosphere is great and the food is even better.

I ate here 35 years ago while passing through, it was extraordinary. And while this maybe not pertinent to todays establishment or prices it is the same family. And it was Dot herself back then. Meatloaf plate with mash potatoes, gravy and navy beans. And she had a fresh cooked blueberry pie which was still warm that she said I should have too because it just was finished cooling so I did, and the crust was a perfect lard or crisco crust. Wow all was great and I never forgot it! And the whole kit was about $5.00 just Googled it was happy to find it still is there and looks exactly the same inside! Thanks for the memories and the great stories I tell about Dots in that little dusty town with the great gun museum!

Thank you guys for all your friendly service and always treating us just like family everytime we came in..Was Dads favorite place to eat for years and still is mine ..Best burgers and fries around haven't found anything in New York City that can come close to the great taste ...Thank you all for your years of service ..and taken good care of Dad..we all still miss him ..Thanks for all your help taking care of Mom when she is there and making sure she gets the flowers I leave for her ...

On last visit we both had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes w/gravy
Pinto beans, & salad. The steak melted in your mouth. Homemade mashed potatoes with the best gravy. Everyone is so friendly. Makes for an amazing experience.

Friendly staff great food. Me and the wife had grilled pork shops they were a good inch thick they were man sized. Two men came in ordered hamburgers you couldn't see their plates they were so big. Alot of funny quotes on the walls to read while waiting for your food. Small but worth checking out

Dots is a Claremore landmark. Truly one of a kind. Just great American diner food.
It is small, limited seating but worth the wait. You have to eat there at least once while passing through Claremore.

LOVED this authentic diner! Had to go behind the counter, thru kitchen between ‘mom and pop’ cooks to get to outdoor bathroom. It was so hot the liquid soap felt like it had been heated. The staff was SO friendly and down to earth. Patty melt and fries just like from the 70s
