To the person that was complaining about the hiring process and the Gm being snooty and if she didn’t have to deal with idiots like you on a daily/hourly basis she probably would be a lot warmer and not to mention you have no idea what goes on in people’s lives it could have just been a day for her I mean if she was rude I doubt she would be a Gm for place that values customer service like McDonald’s definitely does. And this is by far the best McDonald’s in Roger’s or Tulsa county

The individual at the drive threw was very polite and the young man who brought the order to the car was too. Great Help!!!

Every McDonald’s is basically the same but this one was good, fast service and good quick food

The staff that works overnight are some of the most polite and helpful folks I've dealt with while out & about getting fast food. My app wasn't working for some reason and it wasn't going to let me use my points so they just took my order anyways and hooked me up the same as if I had been able to use my points. I was just hungry and I think they could tell so they just helped me out... even though I don't personally know any of them. I didn't expect such a kindness to be honest but it was a welcome surprise to be sure. If I could give six stars I would.

Thank you Cheyenne for fixing my order that the mobile app messed up! This is hands-down, the best McDonald’s in all of Northeastern Oklahoma. I travel around for work, and have visited many of them and none can match the customer service of this location.

Great place for a quick bite to eat!

I just really wanted to come on here and praise one of your workers. We visited the McDonald's late at night the day before Thanksgiving and it was packed in the drive-through that wasn't a huge deal to us because we know Claremore doesn't have a lot of choices opened late at night. Anita took care of us in the drive-through and she was awesome! Her bubbly personality really brightened our day and we honestly didn't care about the wait that night. It's rare to see an employee enjoy their job so much these days and I think Anita's customer service went above and beyond. If your looking for a late night snack run in Claremore I highly recommend this McDonald's the food we got was fresh and excellent. We will definitely be back.

I got a big mac sandwich and large water and was able to go inside to order and eat the meal. The employees were very helpful carrying my tray of food to the table since I was using a walker to walk. I am very happy with their personalized service.

I come here frequently, and the workers are always nice. Food tastes great, and is overall pretty nice.

The new remodel is fantastic! With screens that you can order on to make it that much quicker to get in and out. The food even seems to have gotten better since the remodel. They are always busy but it never takes very long to get your food (drive through excluded). What an improvement! 9/10

Great quick service at curbside

Quick service and nice staff. The atmosphere is comfortable and there is a lot of space. You can come here with a group and relax.
The quality and speed of the order is also nice.

Great people, love Melissa Martin the best cashier there for years since I've been going there. Always get my order fresh and mostly correct. But when Frederica and Melissa is there I can count on my order being right everytime!

This morning in the 9a.m hour they had a small hiccup on my order but nothing big. The girl is new but they are doing so good! All the issue was miscommunication but the staff was kind! I appreciate their work. I really do. They do work pretty hard in there! Thank you guys for doing good. To the new girl , don't stress! You'll get the hang of it soon! I understand being new and learning you were so kind as well and fixed the issue! Love yal!!! Keep working hard! :)

At this location the service is great and the dining area is kept clean. The Playland is nice but the equipment is hard for some kids that may have physical limitations to maneuver through
