Customer service at its best!!!

Great food

The owner is horrible. Stoppedbthere on my way home after being up ALL NIGHT MOVING, and I had left my wallet at home. Used a card that had $4.08 because I am out of gas, he stated that he void the transaction (of $15.00) to input the amount of $4.08 which then was declined due to insufficient funds. He stood there and argued with me very rudely that it was my bank trying to "keep my money"!!! And refused to try it again after I finally got him to try it 2 more times and his reply was " well call your bank I tried it four times already, I voided the transaction so I didn't get any of your money your bank has it frozen. After which he proceeded to take a customer who was standing behind me without even saying another word to me!!! Worst customer experience I have EVER HAD from a small town hole in the dirt store before!!! Now I am hoping and praying I make it to another gas station before I run out of gas!!!! This man needs to learn customer service skills and to keep his attitude a little more understanding and patience!!!! I can say I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!
