Mediterranean Cafe

This place has been serving our community the most delicious Mediterranean cuisine for 20 years now. I had the Chicken Lunch Special and it was so good. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and was juicy. Friends had the beef tips and they looked outstanding. The greek salad was great and the house dressing is AMAZING! Parking is tight so you may have to park behind the hotel and walk, but that's normal when you're downtown. Overall I recommend this place and it's deliciously healthy menu options.

All of it is amazing! Everyone (both front and back) is super friendly and accommodating! It’s one of those, ‘You can eat this everyday’ kind of place. Highly recommend.

This was my first time eating here. Last time I got it to go. Saturday I sat on the patio, they had fans going which helped with the heat. My server was great, food was delicious! Definitely will be back soon.

This is a fabulous place to dine in Lexington. The food I had this weekend was fresh, hot and flavorful. Their Salmon is always great and I have ordered at least 3 times or more. I had Farm Fresh Local Collards from Webb Rawl Farms and yellow grits that were perfect! Service was nice and Addy did a great job. I am lucky enough to be able to walk to this establishment. It is certainly worth the walk or drive either way

The best hand-cut sterling silver ribeye I’ve had in a decade! The atmosphere is very conducive to a nice meal with a significant other with very personable staff. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Little pricey but again the portions size and service made up for it. Seated nine of us as soon as we walked in. Would like to try other stuff on menu.

This was my first visit, and oh my god! So delicious, so friendly, so unexpectedly good! The bread is magical, the hummus bowl is out of this planet, and falafels simply incredible! Go visit this place, the food is cooked like nowhere you ever tried: fresh, hot and delicious.

My favorite restaurant in Columbia, well Lexington. I was born and raised here and this is my favorite spot. I could literally eat here 7 days a week if they were open on Sundays. The food is fantastic, the service is phenomenal and it is consistent. Everyday, everytime, it is great! Honestly, I can't say enough good things about the place. My only regret is that it took me so long to find the place! Will be eating there today Thank you, to The Mediterranean Cafe.

Very tasty food, serving sizes a bit smaller than expected.We went early for lunch,will go back again.

We are celebrating 34 years. Dinner was delicious! We had Brussel Sprouts with Parmesean as an appetizer. We had Tilapia with yellow rice and a Greek salad and Boiled shrimp with garlic tomatoes and olives with a Greek salad. For dessert we shared Chocolate Peanut Butter cake.

If you’re looking for fresh seafood and delicious steaks, you need to try this hidden gem!!!!

I love this restaurant! The food is always delicious and the salads and vegetables so fresh!. Everyone is so friendly and attentive.

The special tonight was stuffed salmon with feta and spinach served on a bed of yellow rice. I am glad we ordered it. It was served to the table hot and it was delicious! We'll be back, for sure.

This restaurant is amazing!!!! I have only been to Lexington twice and I went here both times and it never failed! Their chicken with rice and it was absolutely phenomenal! Their hummus was amazing too! Also, Angie was a phenomenal server! She is such a darling and swiftly took care of all of my needs with a big, genuine smile on her face! :))))

Falafel, chicken Kebabs, Kofta medalians, hummus.... Excellent.. Great outside seating area... Will be going back soon..

Love this place, comfortable atmosphere, welcoming staff, great art, and yummy food. This was my 4th visit and I will keep coming back. Varied menu, so worth many visits. Also lunch specials at super good prices. I love the ethic food especially the Mijadarah ( the owners mother's special lentil and rice dish) I thought I would take some home, but it was so good...I cleaned my plate. The lunch blackened salmon is excellent and don't pass up a piece of baklava for dessert. Compliments to the owner, the chef and the staff. Best of all convenient location and perfect place to share lunch with friends and family. (They also have meeting rooms for groups!) It is my place to stop when in Lexington.
