Big Lots

I have a TempurPedic mattress that cost almost $6,000, it didn't last 7 years and I could not get them to honor their warranty. I bought a mattress from Big lots and it is far superior. The store's nice, neat, organized and well-managed. I was looking for a mattress but they did not have it at the store, the manager (Ashlynn) called the West Columbia store and found one for me and had it set aside so could get to it the next day. 👍

We went to purchase a new sofa. Justin came over to assist us and was amazing. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. Thank you!

Its a clean store. I personally have never had a problem with the store or store assistants.

I just wanted to say my visit to Big Lots in Lexington was exceptional. My cashier, Jake, was so kind and very helpful. I noticed a very neat organized store. Congratulations to the manager and all the staff for taking care of the business and making a pleasant shopping experience.

I absolutely love this location and would drive out of my way to return! I saw some furniture that was out of stock at my local store and contacted the Lexington location. The store manager placed my name on it to hold the last one in stock even though I told him I couldn’t make it there for a few days. When I went to the store to purchase, the associates were all very nice and helpful. Several months later, I had issues with my furniture and the assistant store manager contacted the manager who was on vacation. They were able to replace my defective item and will deliver a replacement in a few days. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service these days and I truly appreciate the store manager’s consideration. Thank you for the excellent service even during a busy holiday week!

I always go here for random things, because Incan usually get them at a good price. Candles, large storage boxes, epsom salts, etc. Whenever I ask for help, there’s always someone who comes around to wrangle a massive storage container down for me. They’re a sweet helpful bunch from floor staff to those at the til.

Went to the store on 3-2 to purchase a storage cabinet. Other associates working around doing nothing while I needed help. Then here comes Lashia....the best. From start to finish she helped me with my purchase with no hesitation. And to the associate who loaded my cabinet....thank you guys very much...

Clean. Many things needed for decorating at reasonable prices. Well stocked with most things. Furniture, pillows, baby clothes, seasonal items, food(never tried any of it), some name brands. I once bought three large Ethan Allen pieces

The layout was good. Easy to find what I went for. The staff was very helpful assisting my wife with locating an item. The person at checkout was pleasant to deal with.

Nice new store! Lots of things to look at from furniture, kitchen, and every day items you need or want.
They have some Christmas decorations out already. 🎅

They had what we needed in stock , the staff she was very helpful with my sister and I answered every question we had about the Entertainment Center , and went out of her way to make sure , we were handle like we were the only customer in the store , we we bought the entertainment Center , she followed up with HAVEING staff to Load it into the Bed of the Truck , and she explained the steps to take if we were not happy with the product , after getting it home , she gave us a 30 day recept to bring it back for any Reasion , that's real service i fill , store location is in Lexington SC and we will be back to shop

Nice store, very clean, not junked up like other Big Lots I have been. Right they have a great selection of outdoor living items. Glad this store has come to Lexington.

This is a new Big Lots store on Columbia Ave in Lexington. If you are familiar with their stores, you'll find many great discounted items. They also sell Broyhill furniture and lots of items for your home. They are located on Columbia Ave inside the old Bi-Lo building. Easy to get in and out, go check them out 😃👍👌🖖

Always find grocery items at a reasonable price. This store is clean and we'll organized. Courteous staff.

Stopped by this new Big Lots location in Lexington that is conveniently located on Columbia Ave in Lexington, SC. This location is inside of a small shopping plaza so there is no issues with parking. All of the staff was wearing face masks and gloves. The store has posted signs on the doors requiring all the customers to wear face masks, due to the COVID-19 pandemic precautions.

I had placed an order online but it wasn't ready i did not mind it gave me a chance to visit this new store the staff was most helpful and polite and the Manager was very very pleasant i will return store is very clean and well stocked
