McDonald's

This is absolutely one of the best McDonald's in the country for customer service and atmosphere. Their employees are the nicest people and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Very rare these days. I live elsewhere, but anytime I'm nearby I go out of my way to eat here. It's so worth it.

Latasha had the best customer service and was so sweet. She made me want to come back again and she got the Order correct.

Used the drive thru and everyone at the windows were super nice. Food was great and fries were hot.

I like McDonald's. I really do. This one is good and open 24 hours.

This McDonald's gets everything right. From the first greeting, the presentation, the uniforms and the top notch customer service. And then the food is amazing, hot fresh, and made right. Great representation of the McDonald's golden standard.

Mikey, the cashier was amazing!!! He was so sweet and respectful. He took our orders and made sure they came to the table perfectly. The kid would have been offered a job if i lived closer.

Quick friendly service at drive threw

The Decatur location of McDonald's is hands down the best McDonald's I have been to! The order was prepared quickly and exactly as asked! The tray was delivered to my table with all necessary items and they even included ketchup which I needed but forgot to ask for! Twice during my meal, employees came to check and make sure I had everything I needed and told me to simply let them know if I needed anything! The customer service was something that exceeded my expectations significantly! I would highly recommend this location!

I love my Decatur McDonald's! My orders are always right. They're fast (never more than a few minutes wait time). My food is always fresh (omg, nothing like those hot fries with a steaming quarter pounder) ...and ...and a full menu 24/7. Do I want breakfast at lunch time or a cheeseburger when I first wake up? It doesn't matter because I order what I want when I want it! Plus, you have to meet this crew. They do all this with a smile and great attitude!

Wonderful staff quick service. Food was correct and hot. Thank you Ashley for going above and beyond and fixing the issue with my shake! Asked for no whip and it got lost in the line but the manager Ashley happily fixed it for me!

Last time I came to this McDonald's I said I'd never return . Biscuits was so burnt and hard that we couldn't even chew them. But today 9/27/19 we was asked if it was OK to wait 4 minutes for fresh biscuits. And will have to say they were amazing ! Great step up and will be returning. Well worth the wait guys!!

This local McD is absolutely the very best. Scratch made biscuits and the friendliest group of people around. We love coming here

Update:. We went for lunch today and had the same experience. Warm greetings and friendly staff go a long way.

Gage , Dylan and Billy were incredible the customer service and speed was fantastic I always now I can count on them to get my food to be fast and correct after my shift at work theses guys are great.

I think the food is good

The employees are super nice. Sometimes they give me expired items (like oatmeal) but I don’t hold it against them. Everywhere is short staffed right now.

This is my favorite Mcdonald's, the service is amazing. A kind lady behind the counter took my order and helped me, i think her name was Baylee.

They forgot about me :( I just wanted my nuggies
