Texas Orthodontics

I have been taking my son to this dentist for two years and have been trying to schedule him an appointment for two months. They rarely answer the phone, they never return calls, and the receptionist is rude. When i tried to schedule the first time she was rude about the fact that it had been over 6 months since my sons last cleaning and when i called just now she proceeded to tell me whats in the "best interest of my child" and was criticizing my parenting because my ex doesnt communicate with me about what she told him when she doesnt know our situation. Horrible patient care. The dentist is okay but understand how you will be treated when calling the office.

I just witnessed a phone call between a friend of mine and whoever answered the phone at this dentist office...I have never in my entire life EVER heard of a receptionist or whatever she is tell someone HOW TO BE A PARENT in my entire life. From the time the call was answered she was incredibly RUDE and wouldnt listen to anything that the parent had to say CONCERNING HER CHILD....I AM IN COMPLETE SHOCK of how she was treated and "TOLD" how to communicate with the other "parent" and they needed to "work it out" LOL. I am beyond floored and completely appalled at how she was treated over simply trying to schedule an appointment ASAP to get him seen and to be able to communicate to the other parent the information regarding the child. I will never consider taking my child there EVER. UN-BE-LIEV-ABLE
