Gilbert Park

I stopped at the park by myself to have my Burger King take out. It was peaceful and as I was sitting in my car pointed out toward river. A family of Canadian Geese tootled by, to the North and could see the current of water challenged them. And they all worked together, just like they do in the air (like a V) AND then I saw something that looked maybe like a turtle surfacing and then diving, over and over, coming North toward me. I got out of my car quietly and went closer to the river, watched it, and as it came closer I could see it was a muskrat. Every time it came up it would be chewing on something. And when it got to the river side, right by me, it sounded and looked like it was trying to chew up some plastic (like a water bottle).
So that was displeasing but over all it was a relaxing pit stop. Glad I stopped(:

Beautiful #statepark of #wisconsin great place to fish 🐟 go hiking with the family .or a picnic . Great site seeing. Very beautiful in the #fall just a lot of fun all year in the winter ❄ ice fishing 🎣 . Very well kept . One of my personal favorite places to go .

I had a nice kayak launch and alot of places to explore on the water will be coming back

Great place for my dog to run, although I don't think they should b off leash
