Went to the store in Wichita Falls Adam and Eve we had the best time ever my friend and I have never been to a store like that we've been to a few in Dallas and Fort Worth but they were very different than experience there was very uncomfortable the one in Wichita Falls we don't know the lady's name but she was very smart about the products and made us feel very uncomfortable my friend he is very shy we will be back again there for sure wish we would have got the lady's name she just had a lot of knowledge and knew how to make a person feel comfortable and not awkward

Awesome place. The clerks know their stuff, invite you to touch or test items on display, and we're professional about everything. I'm going back for some stuff.

Lex and Adrienne were PHENOMENAL. Literally I was a bit nervous being in there but they made me feel super comfortable. Best service I’ve ever experienced in any store. Customer service like theirs will ALWAYS make me wanna go back to that store. Seriously appreciate them!!! If I could I’d rate it 10/10.

Adrienne was super friendly and helpful! I've never found a size that would fit me, but she did! And she helped me find an old account for a discount. So helpful, will be here again!

Had a great time! All amazing products and wonderful service!!! Employee Adrienne was absolutely amazing to me and both of my partners as well as supportive and really respectful of any inexperience or curiosity! She also was amazing about not misgendering either of my partners or I which has not always been the experience at Adam&Eve but was wonderful to have Adrienne be so kind and courteous to us today! Products are clean and work perfectly and lingerie is super cute!!!!

Adrienne was amazing! She answered all my questions and even remembered I was looking for a specific toy from a previous trip and helped me decide on one today. Great customer service, definitely 10/10

Shelly and Meagan were completely AWESOME. I 10/10 recommend them and this store. They were very informative and helpful. I had to go back due to issues with a toy and they we super nice and took care of it for me. I would definitely come back here anytime!!! Thank you ladies so much!!!

This was my second time visiting the store. There is a nice selection of apparel, toys, and other items without being overwhelming. Adrienne was so very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, she made great suggestions, and most importantly, helped me feel very comfortable and welcome. The store has a really good vibe and I definitely plan to continue to shop there in the future.

The staff is great and so helpful! I love this location and knowing I can get information about products from the staff that I trust much more than just a description of an item online. Definitely worth going into the store!

I came in with some friends not really expecting to buy anything but I ended up leaving with some toy cleaner and learning a lot more about strap-ons than I had expected to. The associate who helped me, Adrienne, was really great at explaining the differences between the different types of harnesses they had available and what would work best for me and my partner, as well as the importance of properly cleaning your toys. Needless to say, I will be returning soon with my partner to make a much larger purchase...

Kaylyn helped my spouse and I and walked us through multiple products. After her knowledge and insight we made a amazing purchase and are extremely happy with said purchase. I appreciate the non judgement and open mindedness of the employee and highly recommend this store for spicing up your love life.

Lex is the bomb.com!! Not only was she super helpful over the phone, she even help me find a better toy that what I requested! Definitely recommend she gets a raise because she’s totally holding the store down! Thanks girly!!!

The store is well lit and very clean. It always smells so good when I come in! I feel super comfortable coming here because they don’t sell movies and it’s upscale without the price. I love shopping here and Gabby has always been helpful when I’ve come in and she is knowledgeable about so many products. She helped me pick out lingerie and even laced me up.
I never feel embarrassed when I walk in because the staff is always so knowledgeable and patient. The best place in town by far.

Absolutely lovely experience they go above and beyond with customer service and letting you make sure it’s the right fit for you highly recommend and would definitely suggest going in and having a look around! The lovely ladies that helped me were aadrienne and lex and they were such sweeties!

Had a not so good experience with a sales associate that just wanted a big sale, she was not explaining the product to me clearly, went back the next day and Megan A and Megan B were amazing! They helped me with the product I had bought. Just came out of the store with another product with their help! If you go into Adam & Eve in Wichita falls, be sure and get these 2 awesome girls! They know the products and will make sure you leave happy!
