The entire staff here seems really great. I didn't catch the blonde's name at the register but she's always super friendly. Terry and Kena have always helped out whenever I need it. Got some great boots and winter wear. Significantly better than boot barn

My son gave me a Stetson so I had to have boots to go with my new look. I plan to be a style influencer when I go back to Western NY!

The staff here is so sweet and got us taken care of with a new cowboy hat! The store is super clean and has a variety of western wear clothing, shoes and accessories.

Debbie was the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. My zipper busted and the exchange was like literally the next day. These military boots are a must have item for me and are a great price. They fit like a glove and walk like a walking shoe. So spongee and keep my feet extra dry. She was the best!!

Boots, belts and buckles for us today, they have all your cowboy needs though. Thank you Jordanna for the help in finding exactly what we were looking for, even with everyone running around "crazy" shopping.

My family and I had a great experience here. All the employees were extremely helpful, especially the middle aged lady with giant pink ball earrings. Helped me pick out the most comfortable pair of jeans in my entire life. Boot selection in my size was limited, but I'm assuming that's due to covid shipping issues and not the store itself. I will definitely be back.

You are greeted as soon as you walk in. Clean store. The young lady who assisted me was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The boots are gorgeous with the flower embroidery! Beautiful clothing. Definitely recommend this store.

Ladies here are very very helpful. Great service and HUGE selection of boots and western wear. Little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. I can't comment enough about the selection of boots though. Wow!
