Skechers have been my go-to for years and years and years. I literally can wear a pair for 7 or 8 years before I need to go buy new ones. Well today was the day, I found four pairs, two tennis shoes and two pairs of work shoes for less than $155, that is absolutely an amazing price! Thank you so much Gregory, Joseph, and Natalia for finding the shoes that I wanted in my size and being such a friendly crew, the popcorn was just an added bonus!

This is the BEST staff to shop with ... Above and beyond really... Told the sales guy what I was looking for and he got it straight away... And showed me a couple of alternatives just for grins ... Highly recommend.

Only beef I had with the last visit was, I was standing at the checkout counter for almost 8 minutes before someone came up, but assuming the staff were helping others, I'm cool with A+ customer service

I'm super excited that we have this new Skechers Outlet Store. I love Skechers shoes. I particularly like that they have a huge variety of styles and colors. But, what I really LOVE, is that they carry all types of shoes for my grandson who's four & his feet seems to be growing every few months. I buy for my entire family so I think it's wonderful not to have to go store to store searching for a great shoe at a very reasonable price.

My over all experince was great . I am super excited I got an amazing deal today. I like the no pressure atmosphere, I do feel that when employees see you in the store they can say hi and ask if you need help , but that didn't happen. I do think , it is nice when you walk in a store to be greeted and welcomed and that didn't happen.

Myself and my teenage daughter had an amazing experience here last night. We unfortunately arrived about 30 minutes before closing and if you have ever seen two women shoe shop, you know that is not a good idea. But all of the store associates were so nice and understanding and did not rush us at all. Not one person told us that they would be closing soon. When we went to check out we were helped out by a very nice gentleman named Shaq and he was absolutely amazing. I just wanted to give him a personal shout out and everybody that worked last night as well.
Thank you all for helping us find the perfect work shoes. And also ensuring that we got very good deals.🙂

Bought a pair of shoes May 29. Needed to do an exchange so brought them back May 30. Keegan assisted me and was one of the most pleasant gentlemen. He was so helpful and had a great attitude (I know exchanges can be a pain). A big shout out to Keegan for being amazing!

Emilie and Katrina provided me with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They went far and beyond to take care of an issue with a shoe that I had purchased on line. They made the call to online services, was able to get them to send me the coupon that I’d previously used on my purchase and they assisted me in selecting and ordering the exact replacement shoe that I need. I can’t begin to tell you how extremely pleased I am with the professional and friendly way in which they took care of me. It is so enlightening to see that Great Customer Service still lives! HUGE selection! The prices are already fairly reasonable, and I went for the sale at the time. Did not disappoint. Staff was helpful and available when I needed it, and did not stalk me through the many aisles when I wandered. If they didn't happen to have my size they were ready to order it.

Found what I was looking for and I got a good price. The employee's were both very helpful and courteous with my purchase. I've been here before, but I'll be back for sure. Thanks for the great service.

This store is well organized with friendly staff. In all honesty have you found a more comfortable shoe? Sketches in my opinion makes some of the best everyday shoes you could possibly ware. If you haven't given this brand a try you should stroll in and try on a few different pairs to see what suits you! Happy shopping my friends.

Awesome customer service

First time coming in to shop here. The lady who helped me was awesome. With my health issues I was skeptical with my choice only because i hadn't planned to go shoe shopping so i didn't have socks with me...she went as far as to find me a regular sock instead of the nylon so i could be sure the shoe would fit comfortably. Awesome service, first time in a long time I've been able to find a good pair of shoes that didn't hurt [and still don't] my feet for a reasonable price!

Clean and tidy. Employees are good, helpful and we found good deals, options and discounts when we compared with other shoe stores in the area.
