I have known Tanya for quite a few years. I know of her awesome work ethic and her get the job done attitude. She is delightful to work with and her communication with you is off the chart. For lack of better words, any problems, that arose she handled in a very timely and professional matter and I don't think the sale could have went any smoother. Right off the bat Tanya told me she felt we would have a solid offer within 30 days. Well the house was sold on day 9 of the listing and it was all because of Tanya and her knowledge and dedication to her profession. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

Needing a realtor for buying or selling a home? I HIGHLY recommend Mrs Tanya Ruff! Before my husband and I met Tanya in person she was in contact with us over the phone and discussing our needs. We had just moved to Wichita Falls due to my husband's job at SAFB and we had rent an apartment without knowing the area , and it was a BAD place. Tanya knew we both wanted a home QUICKLY and in a safe area.. She got to work quickly and in two weeks we were closing on our first home! She made the process SO easy! She listened to each of our needs and found us a house that fit us at the time. That was in 2009 and were in need of a bugger home due to our family growing.
