I was looking for while and finally i found Joe Mayers Ford .Sunday i send them request about white truck . Next day Lucas Lara respond, very easy guy to work with. He show white Toyota Tacoma, and finally I took it home ,finance department was great.

Josh went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for he listened to our needs and immediately gave us a call. He made a video for us and had it shipped asap. He also had everything ready for us to make things go faster

After being in the market for a Pre-Owned Ford F150 Platinum for about two months, I went to numerous dealerships, from Bayway Chevrolet...to Elite Buick GMC, Beck and Masten North and etc. My experience with Joe Myers was far better than any of them, thanks to Usman in the Pre-owned department for giving me my space to actually connect with the vehicle, great salesman with excellent communication skills and tending what I wanted. And also thanks to the finance department as well. Great experience with everyone I interacted with.

We drove 4 1/2 hours to get to this dealership and it was well worth the drive! Usman was our sales agent & he did a great job of having everything ready to go when we got there. Best financing person by far is Josh, he was such a joy to work with! He had everything in order from the time we stepped in the door to his office & made signing easy & quick! Great dealership!! I have been going there for 7 years. I have bought 12 personal vehicles there and have sent 4 friends there, who have which purchased a vehicle there. I get all of my service done there also. Joe Courtney and Gabby always are professional and friendly. I ask for them specifically, anytime I need service done on my vehicles. They always do a terrific job for me. So, the service department is tops in my book. I have always been treated with respect anytime I go there. The General Manager, Pat Goldwait, is terrific and is always there talking to customers and treating you like family. My salesman, Dan Howard, is the best salesman around. He is never pushy and is always there for you. He goes far and beyond to get you the best deal possible, no matter how long it takes. He keeps in touch with you months and even years after your purchase, even if it is just to say "Hello."
Dalton, my financial manager, is amazing! He will get you the best payment you can afford. He doesn't hassle you about getting any extras like extended warranties, or gap insurance. But on the other hand, he tells you why you should get them and he keeps you in the same price range when you do.
If JMF ever lost these employees, JMF would take a big hit!

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The service director, Aubrey, called me after hearing about my experience I had with his service advisor and made sure my car got taken care of! Aubrey went above and beyond and had a loaner car brought to my house while they did the work that was neglected the first time around. Rico was my service advisor this time and he was phenomenal! Rico called me every day to keep me updated on every aspect, when he expected parts to come in, etc. I had a wonderful experience this time around, thank you Aubrey and Rico - 5 stars for you both!
BELOW IS MY ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW. Service advisor was Jermaine Brown.
I made an appointment for Monday 2-19-24 at 9:15am for 2 recalls, 1 CSP item, and to check auxiliary battery. First off, the man behind the desk did not seem to want to talk to me at all. Then he said they would need my car until Thursday. I thought that was a long time for some simple issues but I agreed. I received zero communication from them all week and Thursday I called at 5:30pm to ask if my car was ready. Again, this man was short and rude but said my car would be ready in the morning. Friday at noon I called again to make sure my car was ready since I did not receive a call. When I got there he told me the 2 recalls were fixed but he had no knowledge of the other 2 items. He couldn’t even verify if the battery was checked. When I told him about the customer satisfaction program issue from May 2023 he said that was a notification and wasn’t being fixed yet. At this point I was done talking to this man because the conversation was going nowhere. Once home I looked at my paper summary of the work done and noticed it said my car was ready at 7:39 on Wednesday the 21st. I got curious and pulled my dash cam footage and sure enough, the work on my car was completed and my car was parked at 5:40pm on Tuesday the 20th. The next video was them pulling it around for me on Friday the 23rd. Not only was I without a car for 2 additional days than necessary but the man straight up lied to me Thursday evening when I called since he said it would be ready Friday morning when in fact it had been ready for a day and a half at that point.

I filed a complaint with the service department over some unprofessional service I received from Philip… I don't know if he was having a bad day or not, but he started off on the wrong foot and it only got worse.

I don't take filing complaints slightly, but in this case I feel it is warranted...I don't like to complain, but I dislike being disrespected even more so...

The sales rep who assisted me, Matthew, did a phenomenal job and set up an appointment to have the problem resolved. However, I will have to go back to the Service Department to get my vehicle repaired. I'm hoping that this next time will go smoother.

I arrived right before closing but my sales rep, Blake was still very friendly and attentive. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the car I wanted. The finance team exceeded my expectations and was able to negotiate the best deal for me. I was able to drive off in my new car the same day and I absolutely love my 2023 Ford Explorer ST Line!

I recently bought a Chevy Trax 2020 from this auto dealer and it was incredible. The team was absolutely amazing, and the whole buying process was fairly quick.
