Also their work is warranties for 1 year.

The technician installed a new dishwasher and disposal for us and resolved some issues with the plumbing in the kitchen. For starters, he removed our old dishwasher that three other plumbers couldn’t remove. He was great at communicating everything with me throughout the process. He will be my first option for any plumbing work going forward. My family has much respect and appreciation for him!

Appointment was extremely easy to book through e-mail . They were able to fit me in pretty soon , extremely professional and did a fantastic job in removing my old toilet and installing a brand new high-efficiency toilet. They provide a two-year warranty on toilets purchased and installed by them which is very helpful. Would highly recommend Maddox Plumbing Services to anyone!

This company has a link with a person by the name of randall horn after he do his quote take your cash money and never do your job and answer your phone when you make a complain of him they said we will return you call back but never hear from them.

This is a fake listing do not be fooled. If you go to the address listed here there is no plumbing company. Its the building on Bissonet with Manly barbershop feel free to check for yourself. I was already suspicious when I called and the Indian fellow who answered didnt know what an auger was but my normal plumber was busy and this guy said he could have someone out in 2 hours so I gave it a shot. Then I get a bunch of texts and emails trying to get me to install some service referral app. Well nobody shows up so I call back. This time an Indian lady and it has that far away sound like an overseas call center. She says someone will be out in a few hours but again nobody ever showed up. I think this is an overseas call center spoofing a local address and number to get app downloads and maybe some referral fee to who knows what plumber if someone actually shows up. I notice most all the 5 star reviews on here this is the only review they have ever written so likely fake accounts.

I paid $200 for a service call to repair a leak in the crawl space under my house. The technician said it was too wet and put some lime down to dry it out. Multiple attempts to contact the technician to schedule a repair time were unsuccessful. After a week I ended up cancelling the order and called another plumber. No work was done by Maddox.

The plumber didn’t show up for his scheduled appointment, and no one told us that he wasn’t coming. Now we are scrambling to find someone else late in the day.
