MUSTANG INN 17258 US 59 N, HUMBLE TX

The room was large and extremely clean and the staff was friendly. The room and price was a great deal. The bed was comfortable as well. I will definitely be a return guest!

Clean,comfiest bed,pullout couch bed,nice fridge and front desk guy very kind and helpful. I had a good sleep and it was at a good rate as well. Perfect.

I met a chick here for some late night fun. And let me tell you it was FUN!!! We were all over that room and comfortable king-size bed. I kinda felt sorry for the rooms next to our room. But we never got a knock on the door and if we did I'd didn't hear it of all the animal noises being made. I can't wait to meet her there again. See if it can get any more fun.

13 hr layover returning from awesome vacation in Mexico. Last minute check in half the cost of hotels near airport. Bank card would not work being from Canada. Owner drove me to several locations to get cash. He refused to be paid for the hour of his time and using his vehicle. Taxi didn't show up for trip to airport 5:00 am check in. Owner drove me to get there on time. Once again refusing to be reimbursed. Place was fantastic. Clean, neat also owner recommended late at night restaurant as I hadn't eaten since early morning. I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all my friends, family.

I Electronic Message Center Tech (LED SIGN) and I was here to attempt a repair (currently still in the process). What I can tell you is the proprietor and his wife were very nice and responsive to whatever I needed. I don't need much but they did not mind bringing me a coffee while I worked, that says alot these days when so few put any effort. I'd stay here, everything was clean and when a customer had an issue they immediately addressed it from everything I seen.

My parents visited a few months ago and I wanted to express my appreciation for the care Budget Host gave them in their room placement. Not only did the person I worked with (Jay) arrange a ground floor room for them as walking up stairs is difficult now, their room was in a corner so this minimized their shared walls, cutting any noise from neighbors. My parents were grateful for the cooktop and kitchen implements provided. I believe they were much more comfortable there than trying to room on a daybed & couch and share space with my pets. We very much enjoyed our time together seeing touristy spots like NASA and the shopping centers/restaurants nearby. Great proximity to Houston's highlights and our own modest home. Thanks for making them more comfortable than I could have without you!

Jay, the owner, was terrific. He is so helpful and just a great person. He makes his guests feel welcome and taken care of. Had an unexpected layover before going out of the country and his inn was half the price of comparable hotels. Had a very bad experience with a cabbie getting there but Jay took care of me. He drove me to get dinner and ended up giving me a lift back to the airport. This stay is the one good experience in my travel day that went from bad to worse with a terrible United Airlines experience and again, the cabbie from Hell.

The room is a normal size room but is very clean and well taken care of. The kitchenette even has elecric burners so essentially, each each room has a fully functioning kitchen which is very cool. The inn is very close to the airport too.

This is a value place but you get great value for the money. I know this area very well and this Budget Host stands way above the rest of these junk places near the airport---that's why the 5 stars.

This hotel has a great manager, nice staff, clear and managed parking lot and is convenient to the airport. There is some highway noise (near 59N and Beltway) but not loud traffic jam noise and honking cars...just cars flying by/white noise. Breakfast is slim, coffee, cereal, and some honey buns...there's a Waffle House up the road (5 mins) and anything else you can name up on 59N and 1960 area (Soup or Salad, McD's, BK, Lousiana Chicken, Subway, Hooters, Saltgrass, etc.)

The room I had was freshly painted, new carpet, free reliable WiFi, a bigger sized refrigerator, small freezer, ironing board and iron (hallelujah), coffee pot, and a microwave. But wait, there's more---- a pull out sofa bed (full size?), TV and plenty of outlets all over the room.

I am not picky (just need wifi and fridge), when traveling alone I'll stay almost anywhere (and still will) but for the price here ($60 final a night in 2020) I felt comfortable enough to have my kids and friends stop in ---that's saying a lot..most of these places around here I am ashamed to invite them in.

To save a few bucks I may stop at one of these other places if needed, but I will also compare to them to this hotel for the price. This Budget Host sets the standard on this Hwy59N area.
