There was never a time that I could not contact Rick with any questions or concerns. He always communicated with straight answers laced with good humor. With a 20yr old home to sell, there are going to be repairs needed. He was able to recommend a top-notch repairman that I wish I could take with me to our new area. My wife and I are very satisfied with all the time and work Rick Ott and his team has given us over the past 18 years. Recently, It was Vanessa and Lydia who committed themselves to us and was instrumental in their efforts in selling our property. We like to say thank you for all that you've done.

We had the pleasure of working with Kelly Dorsey at the Ott Group buying our home, and couldn’t be happier with her and her colleagues. We started the process while we were more than 3000 miles away, and Kelly went above and beyond to get us pictures, videos, and whatever other information we asked for on multiple properties before we finically found the one. Rick and his team were amazing from day one. We sold our house in Texas when moving to Kentucky and being in a time crunch was stressful. Catherine Herrera was our agent. She was always there with answers for any questions we had no matter the subject. When we got back to Georgia, she was there no matter the time of day. She took our business when other real estate agents said they could not meet our time line. She found us several homes and many options to choose from. I would recommend her to anyone.

Venessa and Kally were great as well. They gave us the advice that we needed to close on the house on our timeline and made our closing a very simple process, even though we are in Georgia. There were no problems and they were in constant communication with us as the date approached.
