Stayed here for 2 months, paid a total of $895, when rent is suppose to be $295 a month. She evicted us for non payment of rent. She also was not professional and was cussing us out because we questioned her. Then she threatened us that she was going to impound our camper with no basis. She threatened to have our guest banned from the park as well. I do not recommend this park ever. RVing is suppose to be delightful and relaxing, and that's not what you get in this park with a property manager like that. We are quiet people that paid our rent and was treated so badly that we could not wait to leave. So many other nice RV parks in Rock dale, and there is no need to deal with the stress of this park. We moved in on March 25th and was given our eviction notice on May 25th.

Worst RV park ever. Management is horrible. Wrongfully evicted, and not given proper notice. Don't ever stay here unless you want your rent money taken for nothing and be evicted even when you're over paid. Also had things stolen from us by management's family. So definitely not worth it.

Trashy management, rude to customers and guests; would not recommend.
