I needed a place close to my job site. This is a fantastic hotel at great prices. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve experienced in any hotel. Totally recommend this place!

Hotel has recently been updated and rooms are very clean. Hotel staff has great service and the area is very quiet and I will definitely stay here when I come back in town.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I had such an amazing experience. The entire staff was very nice and pleasant. Great customer service, I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Easy access to pretty much everything. Rooms are clean, fresh sheets and towels each day. When I'm in Houston that will my hotel from now on.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at! The owner who was working the front desk was very nice and held a great conversation at check in. He was willing to give us several different ideas of great places to eat. The rooms were very very nice and didn't have even the slightest smell to them. The beds are very nice and comfortable and didn't hurt my back at all. TV was easy to work and direct TV had a great selection to choose from. Breakfast area real nice and the food is very decent.

I’ve been here a couple times. The Owner is very cordial/welcoming. James, on the other hand, went above and beyond. It’s nice to have someone like him to welcome/make you feel at home. All in all, great people/service.

My NW Pic nomatter what I'm there for now! Place was impeccable in comparison to similar price properties. Staff was more than friendly and helpful, James at the desk went out of his way consistently with his dedicated and genuinely helpful options. From our request of whirlpool in the room to late checkout, local food and silverware our restaurant forgot he was ahead of the game. Can't say enough about their efforts and our experience. WILL BE BACK

Great experience with this hotel. In town for work and needing a comfortable place to stay for about a month. I was greeted by the owner upon check in who heard my needs and was happy to accommodate. An extremely kind gentleman who, along with his family, can be seen working diligently every day to ensure all his guests are happy. Included hot breakfast is excellent, the best I've come across since the start of the pandemic.
The rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice TV, good sized fridge, alarm clock, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The pool and gym are great to relax and and unwind after a long day.
The friendly atmosphere and comfortable amenities makes the stay extremely pleasant, I recommend this hotel highly.

Friendly staff, front desk was friendly and James let me know where everything in the area was. Room was clean with pretty nice soaps/shampoo/conditioner along with a Keurig and plenty of coffee in the room. Breakfast was also outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the Houston area even if I have to drive a little out of the way. Can't beat the price for the quality I got!

First time in Houston and when I checked in I was helped by James. Very personable and professional he took time to recommend things to do and places to eat. He was quick to assist and made my experience here well worth it. Beds were comfy! I recommend the stay and make sure to say hi to James.

I stayed here May 6th, on a Friday to rest up for my drive to Austin and San Antonio the following morning.
Entering the hotel to check in, I was warmly greeted by James the front desk clerk, he was very professional answered all my questions and gave me good information about the area that surrounded the hotel. James, along with myself and other guests waiting to check in, set the atmosphere for our stay. Everything, the nice clean spacious comfortable room, breakfast and fitness center was exemplary.

I was recommended to The Best western plus from a great employee his name is was James, He’s very nice and polite, the rooms are clean and the manager is a very nice man as well, I originally booked a room for the weekend because I was down here in business but James talked to me about there specials so now I’m going to book another week! Highly recommend if you have any questions I would call and ask to speak to James!

I had the pleasure of visiting Best Western and I must say I was very impressed. From the décor of the lobby area, cleanliness of the rooms, and the professionalism from the staff. Ultimately, this was truly a five star visit. However, one thing in particular that I observed fairly quickly was the first-class customer service from Front Desk Associate James. James is the definition of customer service. He greeted me with a friendly welcome as soon as I entered, paid very close attention to detail, and offered to help with anything if any issues arose. James displayed service that you would encounter at a five-star hotel, and because of this I would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a hotel stay. In conclusion, James is truly the heart and soul of Best Western and I hope upper management understands how privileged they are to have someone of his stature working there.

I love this hotel and everything was behind my expectations. I stayed for week and James made my stayed like at my house. All the stuff and the owner of the hotel very friendly. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you're in Houston area. Best breakfast, internet connection perfect and pool is great too.

The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom is very nice, clean, and the shower has good water pressure. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Forget your wall block for your charger? Not a problem, there are usb plugs-in on just about every wall lamp so they got you covered. There is an alarm clock, mini fridge, desk with chair, armchair and microwave in the room. There are plenty of channels to watch on a good size flat screen tv too. Lastly I've got to say the gentleman at the front desk is just absolutely amazing! Aside from being a really nice all around great guy, he anticipates guests needs above and beyond what I've ever experienced as a parent with young kids in a hotel before. I will definitely be bringing the family to stay here again next time I visit the area.

This hotel is a great deal AND has excellent customer service, despite the negative reviews. I am checking out this morning and they have been very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early as we had traveled several hours and needed to change clothes for a funeral service. I thought breakfast was served until 9:30, but it ended at 9. They were so nice and brought items back out for us. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. They even had a Keurig in each room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in and the pool was very clean and well kept. The front desk always asked how we were and if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay here with my grandfather! Very nice room and super clean. Staff went above and beyond. Thanks to the guy up front James for making sure we were all taken care of.. will definitely be back!

Our stay was very nice. The staff greeted up upon entrance and carried our bags in. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless. It was like coming home to a freshly cleaned home. James made sure we had everything we needed.

Very clean, great staff, and great customer service. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff were open, friendly, and willing to take extra steps to create a positive stay for myself. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want great service!

I loved it here. Beds were comfortable. Great location. And I can’t forget about James he has the best customer service you can ask for it. He was very helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. And he was also very helpful with places to eat and even have a drink in the area.
