The tech did good work at a fair price, arrived when they said they would and finished earlier than quoted. The electrician was very nice and explained exactly what he was doing, then showed he had done it.

Despite multiple attempts to schedule an appointment for the installation of an EV charging station, as recommended by my builder, I encountered significant difficulty in reaching the company. Unfortunately, most of my calls went unanswered, and when I did manage to speak with someone, my details were taken but I never received follow-up. This lack of responsiveness led me to seek services elsewhere, concerned about the reliability of their post-service support."

I wish I could give 0 stars. Landmark did the electrical work on a new house we purchased about 2 years ago. We are having some issues, so I called to schedule a service appointment. I even told them I knew we are past the warranty period. They won't even call me back. So, poor workmanship and no customer service. Find another electrician.

So far, we're off to a horrible start. This is the company selected by my builder for warranty repair. Perhaps this means they wired the house originally, too, I can't be certain. Regardless, they called to schedule the initial inspection of my issue (3 LED fixtures in my kitchen ceiling are dead within 5 months of installation) and gave me a 4 hour window for the call. As a productive member of society, I have a job, which fortunately for me is close to home, so I requested a call ahead of their arrival to enable me to get there and accommodate the service technicians. I was informed, "I can note it on the ticket, but I can't guarantee they'll call." Hmm. So, virtually every person on the continent is in possession of a cellular phone, and most certainly in a business like this should have a company phone, but they can't be required to use it as a function of their job? We'll see how the day goes, but I certainly support the other reviews suggesting that the office staff is less than helpful.

ETA: the young man didn't call ahead, but was kind enough to wait for me to arrive. Rather than determine why 3 LED fixtures, well under 1 year old, went out within two weeks of each other, he simply replaced them and went on his merry way. I look forward to seeing him again soon and expect I'll probably have to add him to my Christmas card list before next year.

Do not use this company, they were used by our builder to put the house electrical on, 4 year lated I start to have issues, and I called them and they told me that they won't help, as the warranty was expired and they are not taking any new work, so the company that made all electrical in the house does not want to fix their one issues. unbelievable, btw it took 4 days for them to respond my call with that answer.

Day 6 and they still haven't returned my call. They did the wiring in my home 3 years ago. Switches and plugs keep blowing out. Appliances have been fried.
I called in hopes they would send someone out to access the situation but they are ignoring me.

I didn't use their services, but everyday around the same time in the afternoon/evening time, a red van with this company's logo is parked across the street from my house. Two men sit inside and it looks suspicious because they're not working and may be running the clock until quitting time. It's unnerving and makes me paranoid. I called the number twice and a fax picks up everytime. So I can never verify it is their company van or employees.

Poor customer service and a total jerk. I can’t say I’m surprised by the reviews left prior. BEWARE!

Poor service and poorer customer service call to find out a simple job 2 ladies who picked up the phone have an attitude like I owe them money didn’t wanted to do a job and just hung up on me please don’t bother working with them they must be too busy I guess I bothered calling them to do a job !!!

Very poor customer service they only think about money and business and not the customers welfare and satisfaction.
