Staybridge Suites Houston Willowbrook, an IHG Hotel

I highly recommend this particular location to stay with! Whether you're on vacation, or are needing a really nice place to stay for a period of time, THIS is the hotel you'd want to be! Marc, the general manager, AMAZING!!! In fact, the ENTIRE staff will make you feel so welcome! Free continental breakfast every morning, fantastic coffee available all day, a beautiful area and view on the backside of the lobby, nice outdoor seating and BBQ area that's covered, cute doggie area with seating, I could go on and on about how fantastic this hotel is, but instead, if you're in the Houston area, bring yourself and your family, or just yourself and swing in for the rest of your trip! You WON'T be disappointed!!!

Last minute stay when our AC went out. We brought our bulldog as well ( she can’t take the heat either). Overall it was a great value for the comfort and amenities.

The negative reviewers complaining of a funky scent are not used to Houston heat, in my opinion. The hallways trap humid air and that’s that. The room itself was ice cold and smelled super clean - just the way I like it in July.

We checked in at 11 pm and felt safe as it’s a quiet, off the main drag location.

Pool was great, perfectly maintained! And there was a little dog park on the grounds. So thoughtful.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the large lounge, as well as top notch treatment by the staff.

And there’s ducks!

Nice suite. Loved the room and how it felt like a mini apartment. We will be back soon to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel. Quiet location.

One safety concern - the lock to for the pool area does not function properly. You have to use your room key to “slide the lock” to open the gate. Apparently, everyone knows how to open it.

Very, very convenient location! We were so close to so many activities and restaurants. The rooms were fairly recently renovated, so everything is still in good shape. Our room did have a slightly funky smell, but that went away as we were there, probably because we got used to it, but I do travel with room spray that helped.

We booked our room last minute due to a windstorm that affected the electricity in our area. Room was clean, lady in the front desk was very attentive, unfortunately I can't remember her name.

This was excellent for location. Being on Sam Houston Parkway, you are set up for any direction...
In between, easy access Hwy 290 or Hwy 249, plus I-10 & I-45 are no worries.
AND! The breakfast was amazing. They had such a wide range selection. It was all so good, I hurt myself I ate sooooo much.

Great location, very clean and super friendly staff. Nice view of golf course on back of the property,facility is very well kept, i did have an issue with my fridge not working but they took care of it right away. Also have some very friendly and beautiful ducks that stay around the small ponds. Hotel is very conveniently located off the toll way but i didn't have any issues with road noise or any at all, i slept very comfortably. Ohh and they usually have happy hour Monday - Wednesday from 5:30-730,good draft beer and some wine.

Loved this hotel. Very comfortable bed, great work space. I could live here. I stayed in the room that was the size of a small apartment. The kitchenette had everything I needed and the temperature was quite comfortable.

A big thanks to the staff. Brandon was my hero. I had difficulty logging online because of my company's VNP. He stuck with it until he found out that I had to call and get special clearance. Melissa greeted me the first day and everyday she was there and made sure I had everything I needed. And, thank you Marc, for being congenial and assisting me in a few occasions at the market place. One must have her Dr Pepper and ice cream. Lol.

Everyone else worked hard to make my stay complete and I will be back next time in town.

Really great hotel. The service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Free breakfast fast was nice, and appears that on some nights they might also have dinner, but not the day we stayed there. The grounds of the area were very nice and there are some ponds and ducks to see. Overall a very nice place.

My family and I did not actually sleep/stay at this location. We were traveling on the interstate in some very bad weather. A tornado warning came on while driving and immediately exited the interstate and went to this location. We were quickly greeted and allowed to shelter in place in the lobby until we were ready to get back on the road. While there, we were offered some dinner that had been served that evening. My husband and I were blown away by the care and generosity that was shown to us. Thank you so much for helping us during a scary time for our kids.

Checked into the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The GM was there and he was very nice. They had a little gift bag for me, which was a really nice touch as well. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely love the atmosphere at this hotel. The staff is friendly, nice and very helpful and makes you feel like family. We had an extended stay and they all knew our names the first day we came in. I will definitely give this place 5+ stars. I love the breakfast and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night the dinner social. Keep up the good work!

The location is great, right off the belt way but tucked in the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and I always came back to a made up bed, fresh towels and this amazing aroma. Great hotel!

I’ve bern meaning to write a review here for some time and kept forgetting. My family & I evacuated to this hotel during hurricane Harvey and our experience was way above what we expected! The staff really went above & beyond for a hotel full of “refugees.” They worked around the clock, sleeping at the hotel themselves, and bent over backwards for any request to help ease guests stay during such a stressful time. Even with the craziest of circumstances, people literally arriving by boat, bringing their kids and their pets, rooms & facilities stayed clean and safe. The staff always made sure guests had a hot fresh meal for breakfast, even with all of the surrounding grocery stores closed or even flooded. I know some of the staff even had flooding at their own homes, and I pray they are recovering safely. I just had to recognize a location, a staff, and a company that obviously believes in the Golden Rule...treat others the way you would like to be treated. Thank you for your hard work and your kindness!

Really nice hotel, super clean housekeeping staff and super friendly! the best breakfast and evening Kickback meal at any hotel I have ever been to! I have no problem with recommended this hotel to anyone that's needs a clean comfy place to stay in Houston. It's near shopping and easy access to main highways!

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms excellent food in the mornings free beer Mon - wed in the evening as well as food. Great neighbors as well can't complain about nothing...

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly!! We want to give a shout out especially to Elias because he always was helpful and very kind. This is the only hotel we ever went to that had fountain drinks free of charge for the guest for breakfast and it was appreciated!!!!

This has been one of the best hotel experiences I have had while traveling. My wife and I came to Houston for a wedding and checked into our Hotel late at night. We were greeted at the front desk by the nicest employee named Gary.

When we got to our room we noticed that the heater/AC was not functioning. We called the front desk and Gary solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He prepared another room and made sure that the AC was working for us. He went the extra mile and left us a couple of bottle of waters and a snack.

I am very impressed with Gary's customer service and Staybridge overall. I will definatley be staying here more often !!

Very nice place with a breakfast buffet & dinner they serve 3 nights a week with beer & wine is a plus the rooms we had were just perfect & comfortable!!! & The best thing about here is there pet friendly & welcoming all the way around!!!!
