The food was great. I had a grilled cheese with a cup of potato soup, and it was great,
My friend had the special for Thursday, which was chicken parm he finished his plate and said it was really good too.

What a great little place. Stopped in for breakfast ( after getting a latte from the coffee shop next door). Really wonderful staff. Eggs were cold, hence the 4- star food rating. Rest of the food was good.

Got there early 9am with an accurate 25min wait. We managed to find a parking spot in the local square otherwise be prepared to walk OR move along somewhere else for the day. Super friendly "diner/cafe" style setting. A nothing bad on the menu place. Was overhearing from other tables rave about their biscuits -can confirm a great bread choice for your meal. Never ending coffee from our waitress was good. Very happy with the chicken fried chicken. Pancake with granola was huge!

This was a great experience. Great spot on the corner of the square. We enjoyed eggs and pancakes looking out onto this cool little town. The service was pretty fast, considering they were slammed in a Sunday morning with a major bike race in town. Good food, great service. I will definitely be back.

Breakfast here was fantastic highly recommended. Very crowded and if you don't get there soon as they open there will be a wait. But I arrived early was seated right away and got to enjoy awesome food.

My wife and I had lunch on Monday and breakfast on Tuesday. The food was very good and the service was great. The associates were very nice too. The prices were reasonable. I recommend it.

Stopped by thinking about getting coffee.... we saw the menu and changed to beer and pizzas.

What a nice cafe! You can't go wrong dining here. I stopped in for a quick lunch. I sat on the patio and it was an absolutely beautiful day. I ordered their daily special, the King Ranch Chicken. It also came with a tasty salad. It was all very good. The staff is very friendly and I felt right at home. I could sit on the patio for hours visiting with the friendly folks all around.

Our dining experience at this historic site was fantastic. We ate outside on the patio and were delighted to meet two dogs whose owners were eating there. The day's special, King Ranch Chicken, was delicious and served quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will be back.

Stopped in for a late lunch at 1 pm. Only seating was at the bar. Ordered the daily special of pot roast and a side of sweet potato fries.
Service was very good. Especially for how busy they seemed. My food came out quickly. The pot roast had carrots, celery, onions and an amazing brown gravy the really compliment the vegetables.
The sweet potato fries came with a spicy ranch dipping sauce that was a good flavor combo for the fries.
My total with a drink was right at $18z
I had a very good lunch and will definitely be back.

The staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is super chill, very country/ small town vibes. The parking situation is not great because they are on the Main Street. They share parking with all the other cute shops on Main Street. They have a patio area and an inside dining area. I sat inside it gets a little noisy but overall it’s not too bad. I ordered the build your own breakfast: One scrambled egg, Texas toast and hash browns. I also ordered a pecan pancake 🥞 with a coffee. The coffee is ok nothing special but a solid cup. The eggs came out perfect, hash browns were delicious. Nice and crispy! The toast was good. The star of my breakfast was the pecan pancake! It was sweet not too dry and the perfect amount of pecans. I did add syrup because I like it to be a little mushy but I had it without and it’s good both ways. I highly recommend the pecan pancakes 🥞

We came here for an early dinner and the host got us seated quickly at a table that accommodated our strollers and he also got us high chairs, which was awesome. Our server was very nice and provided great service. We ordered the chicken avocado melt with sweet potato fries and the sweet hot Mess burger. The sandwich was delicious but messy. Our friends got the sweet Mess burger as well and the chicken and waffles single and they said they really liked their meals. They got the mini corn dogs for their kid and she loved them.

The burger and fries are some of the best I've ever had and service was great as well, all for a price you can afford!

This is a great spot. The food es really good and the service was amazing. The host, Sandy, was very welcoming and our waitress, Bambi, was super nice. We will definitely come back here next time we are in town.

In what world would you imagine the words…”The Brussels sprouts are the best part of the meal!”…well here they are and everything else is fantastic too! The staff, the food and the atmosphere make it all worth the trip! Did I mention sweet potato fries?

Such a cute quaint restaurant. I always want to eat here, but it's aways crowded. I ordered a hamburger and sweet potato fries with a type of ranch Chipotle dip. We took several pieces and one whole pie home. They were all really good n Sandy said she made them all. Sandy was a gem and seated us at a reserved high table that had a wonderful breeze. It was about 11:30 on Thursday, so the lunch crowd wasn't there yet. I can't wait to return.

Stopped by for a nice lunch. We had a good server who took care of our table promptly and with a smile. We enjoyed a couple appetizers.... including chips with salsa and queso, and fried mushrooms. Both were quite tasty and the chips were a generous portion. Our entrees included the Chicken Fried Chicken plate, a cheeseburger, a bacon lettuce tomato and avocado sandwich, and a grilled tuna melt. All were served fresh and hot and delicious. Desserts included carrot cake, pecan pie, rhubarb pie. Again, quite delicious and generous portions. My cheeseburger , soft drink, and pecan pie totalled $23 including tip. Considering the convenient location on the very touristy square, a nice meal in a pleasant venue. Adult beverages are available. Parking is available but good luck in Wimberley...it's always crowded.

The staff is friendly and always take excellent care of us no matter the size of our party.
The food is delicious and you MUST get a dessert even if it’s to take home and eat later. So SO good!

It's hard to find decent down home restaurants these days. Everything's got to be food network worthy. This place is food Network worthy with still having that delicious down home southern cooking. With specials like pot roast, chicken fried steak or even liver and onions. This is some place you can definitely take your mother 😀
