I had concerns that there was a short draining electricity, and needed whole house assessed, every outlet and switch tested. Angel came out, discussed my concerns, and gave me a fair estimate. We scheduled an appointment, and Angel stayed in communication until job was completed. Barrett, Marlon, and Jarvis were timely, professional, courteous, demonstrated high level of knowledge, and workmanship of their craft. I highly recommend T. D. I am a penny-pincher do-it-yourselfer and I lost power to part of my house, I tried to troubleshoot it myself but decided I was outmatched. I called T.D. Stevens and Tyrell came out New Years Eve and quickly found out the problem. Turns out that one line from my transformer was damaged (confirmed by CenterPoint). Not only did he run a new line, but he offered to update my breaker box and run power out to my shed. All of which was something I have been wanting to do for a while and he gave me a price I couldn't pass up. Tyrell stayed long after his part of the job was done to wait for CenterPoint to connect power. Trevelle started early each day and worked hard until the job was done. The pictures show the excellent quality of their work, even better than I was hoping for. I definitely feel that I got everything I payed for and more.

Electricians are competent, friendly and clean up after themselves. I have used them on two different properties and will continue to call them for all of my electrical needs.

I used this company for the first time today and I will only enlist their services from now on. Tyrell went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, get the right replacement and install the light all in the same day. I am so pleased with the service and expertise. He even had a solution for the light in my kitchen I had an issue with but wasn’t the reason why I called him. Call him for all of your electrical services. You won’t be disappointed.

We couldn't have asked for more. Tyrell came out on a Sunday, 2 days after Christmas and restored our power quickly. We had loose wires on a plug that shut down of our house. We give him an A++ rating.

Tyrrell was a life saver. We had a whole house full of people due to a family member passing and the breaker for our water heater blew. He came out within a few hours to replace 2 breakers and addressed our issues in a professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent service and great customer service. Had to get my home up to date with wiring. He gave me an estimated time of completion, explain what all would be done, warranty on parts and service and provided a payment plan. I travel for work and left him the keys to my home for 4 days and everything of importance was never touched or missing. I would recommend his service to single women as he did not try to over price me as well! Will use for all my electrical needs and further project.

Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being.
