Extrememely professional REALTY Group!

The owner, Yvonne Prey, represented the family who sold us our home. She had been trying to sell the property for ten years (her words). During the purchase process, she gave us the required disclosure form, stating the property was not in a wetlands. After two years we discovered it is in a designated wetlands! We have lost use of two-thirds of our property!

The home also had significant structural damage that the 'inspector' (recommended by her) refused to acknowledge. It cost us $45,000 to repair the damage. The inspector then went to work for her firm about a month later.

This is one unethical person who you should avoid at all costs.
