Blanco Brew

Tried this coffee shop for the first time. I got an Iced Latte with Toasted Marshmallow Syrup. Yummy! The barista was really nice and the coffee shop had a nice homey feel.

One of the best cafes in Wimberley. Service can be slow depending on what time of day it is. The workers are nice. The cafe has a good amount of seating, including some outdoor seating. There’s also a nice restroom in the back. The environment in Blanco Brew is very nice. An enjoyable place to stop by on your own or with friends.

Nice place. Dan, our barista, was very knowledgeable and kind. Good atmosphere.
The coffee frappes were excellent. My sister ordered a dark chocolate cherry frappe. It was exceptional.
We will be back soon.

The coffee is roasted just right and expertly brewed. The baristas are pleasant and attentive. Relaxed, inviting ambiance with comfortable seating and functional tables. Highly recommended.

Their house brew (dark roast) is actually GOOD! So many local coffee shops have good what I call froo-froo drinks (espresso drinks with all kinds of syrups and add-ins) but their drip coffee is decent at best.

Oh - and their cinnamon roll is PHENOM.

Blanco Brew is by far my favorite coffee shop anywhere near me. The staff is lovely, Shay and Reese never fail to make my day. Truly wonderful people who go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. High recommend them and the coffee is amazing as well!

Very pleasantly surprised with this spot, both the espresso and the drip coffee were well balanced and great tasting, and their pastry offerings for breakfast were simple but very good. Have been here multiple times and I plan to return

Nice coffee stop with quick fresh bakery snacks. Surprising variety of items available and coffee and tea options. It was quite relaxing after a long drive.

Just a great little brew company in Wimberley. Every time I go there the staff are fully engaged, helpful, and pleasant. I've had a variety of breakfast items and have never been disappointed. Finally, they nail whichever coffee drink I order each morning. Definitely a place that I highly recommend a visit.

This really Hits/Is the spot....Trendy inside and out, classy service and selections. Just quaint and we'll priced hot bean juice, or cold...are both delightful. Then try their food. Whoa! I recommend the daily special, which was Bread pudding. Delish

The barista was on spot! He made my much needed latte with an add shot perfect. Blanco Brew offers a wide variety of coffee options. That's what made it difficult for me to decide on which coffee beverage to choose. Friendly, clean, great service, fun pastries, and definitely on the right spot!!! I'll be returning for sure.

Lively for Monday morning, great seeing folks meeting, taking , working and drinking coffee. Good hot latte.

Second trip to the area, maybe fourth stop overall. They roast their own beans and have a ton of options and lots of baked goods. Plus a lot easier to navigate than shops in the middle of town.

Excellent coffee and pastries! Super friendly staff. We received a voucher from our hotel for coffee and a pastry, I had the ham and cheese croissant which was amazing! All the baked items I’ve tried here are delicious. And the people who work here are so genuinely happy at their job, they must be treated well by their management. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back!

Delicious coffee!! Wish I wasn’t in a rush because I would have loved to sit inside the lovely space and relax.

Staff was really nice but I didn't care for the fact they just sit your stuff on the counter when it's ready and not say out loud what it is or who it's for. We had to ask if drinks and food was ours and itv had just been sitting there.

If y’all haven’t tried the paninis here, you need to!! I don’t know what kinda magic Nora does to make such an amazing crispy, juicy, delicious Cali Club..... but keep it up!! And the bourbon barrel cold brew is everything you need in life!!!! Thanks Nora!!!!
