I'm not sure why this place has negative reviews. I had to do a pre employment drug test. It was walk-in only. Arrived, filled out the paper work and was out in 30 min.

Great place for drug testing. THC store right next door, get some on your way out. 👍🏻

Been waiting here almost 2 hours for a simple drug test. Employees are talking about their personal lives and screwing off rather than actually doing their jobs, there have been several people who have walked in and gotten their physicals done in the time I've been waiting for what would be maybe a 2 minute drug test; if my employer didn't make me come here to be tested, I would have left.

Edit to add on: who I think is another employee came in and talked with all the other workers here for 25 minutes... nothing got done in that time. It's so uncomfortable sitting here and I can't stress how long this is taking, almost 2 and a half hours...

I would give minus 100 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE for DOT physical!! I've had a 2yr fed med my entire career. This place gives me a 3 month temporary fed med! Claiming my blood pressure is "extremely dangerously high. I go directly to urgent care afterward where they use a machine and blood pressure is "slightly elevated, but that's probably because you're so angry right now..." ya think??? That's not the worst part. The nurse practioner at OTS doesn't even have you do the normal squats, stretching etc. Instead, she sits you down and starts asking questions about surgeries you've had 30 yrs ago. I had a tooth extracted back in Jan. It's May, I'm on antibiotic to get the next wisdom teeth extracted. This Heffer required a Return to Work from my dentist as another reason for giving me a 3 month fed med. That is a hippaa violation. I did not give permission for a release of my dental records to a physical examiner, nor is it required by DOT. Also, Lady, I was never given a return to work. As I said, I was not 'put under' nor was I even prescribed pain medication. So then she claims , I just need the same of the Dentist. Actually m, legally, no you don't. The only thing you need is what is required by DOT regulation. The DOT doesn't even go back 30 yrs in your background for licensing. So by all means, go to this facility if you want your career screwed over. I knew I should have gone back to Aspire or Prevea and had a real PhD with new and modern equipment to do my physical lesson learned. Drivers, stay away!

By far the worst place I've ever been for a physical and drug test. Super unorganized and slow. Losing track of urine samples and unprofessional drug tests being done. They let my sample sit for over 2 minutes without temping it and then blamed me and told me it wasn't my urine. They made me sit for over an hour to test again and then had issues with the next sample until another employee walked over and said it was a good sample. Now it's taken over 3 weeks for them to get ahold of my employer.

slow service due to incompetent staff prioritizing women, even if you have a 2 minute urine test to take you're going to wait 45-90 minutes to get what you need done done. this is what happens when there's a single service of this kind in town without competition: low quality service at a high price.

I waited over an hour to be tested and when I called for my results 5 days later the lady couldn't even find me. My advice, go anywhere else.

Very unprofessional. Came in for an appointment at 9:30 and was not taken back until around 10:15. Multiple other clients came in and out during this time. The front desk workers talked about their personal lives most of the time and were loud and not working proficiently to get everyone taken care of. If I didn't have to come in for my new employer I would not have stayed.

Very disappointed!!! Been waiting over an hour and all the the employees are doing is talking very disappointed! Very unprofessional so if you wanna wait for a physical for over 2 damn hours come here!!

This place deserves negative stars. How did this company get a contract with all of central WI employers to do there physicals/ drug testing. Greasy palms🌴

Very unprofessional, uncomfortable, and dirty. I used to work in a hospital so I know what drug tests are supposed to be like. I wish we had a different service in the area.
