Texas Medical Center

This place offers decent food. It is easy to navigate through as far as parking and to get to the food court. It holds a good variety of food selection and even has a coffee shop.

It's a big, busy place. But the people are very nice, and the valet parking, while a little on the expensive side, is nice.

The staff at this medical center are super helpful. I had to take my son to see a dermatologist and from parking lot attendants to the receptionist everyone was helpful and went above and beyond to put me in the right direction.

We have come often and they think of everything. For patients that need help walking from tower to tower or even from the garage parking to and elevator, they have golf carts for transportation. It’s like s little city with plenty of seating, restrooms and cafes, & a Starbucks.

The treatment my husband has received over the last 7 months has been excellent. The Doctor’s, nurses and other staff have gone above and beyond to make his time here great. Everyone we have com in contact with has been so caring and helpful. Thanks for all you do in taking care of my husband and all the other patients

I was in the chemo area with my friend. Every one was pleasant, smiling. Treatment area clean, smelled clean.
We walked around to the cafeteria. Nice variety of foods, reasonable prices.
The aquarium lobby was comfortable,inviting. There was a decent sized patient family library.
My friend showed me all the areas she has been to. She raved about all the care she has received. I felt do happy for her and the others who looked glad to be getting their cancer care at MD Anderson.

It is always difficult to loose a family member to cancer, especially when the cancer has progressed so fast. The nurses were kind and helpful however, I will say that when someone is in palliative care with no chances of moving to hospice, there should be considerations made for those families, especially if the patient is in the last stages of active dieing. It's hard enough to leave your loved one knowing you have very little time left with them, but when you have security and hospital security rudely demanding that you leave with no recognition of the distances traveled, the expenses, or the last moments of time with a cherished father, brother, uncle, and Veteran member of the American Armed Forces. None of us can ever get those moments of time back.
Please re-evaluate the levels of care provided based on the stages of life the patient is in so that family will never have to miss precious moments of time with their loved one.

No better place in the world to go for Medical Care. There are Hospitals and Clinics to treat for any problem. If you care about your health or that of a relative or other loved one this is the place to go. MD Anderson Cancer Center is located there and they are considered to be the best in the world. They saved my life.

Specifically I am reviewing MD ANDERSON Cancer Center, a division of Texas Medical Center. You can tell you are in a great place when you see the obvious pride on staff faces, and their friendliness and eagerness to help. Beyond that, this is one of the foremost treatment and research centers in the world. The physicians are tops in their area of specialty. The diagnostics are of-the-moment. Every time I am here I am amazed and yet sad so many people have cancer but I know if there is help they will find it here.

I used to go to Texas children’s since I was 5 years old- 18 years old for type 1 diabetes. They taught me how to manage and fight this chronic condition for the rest of my life and I will forever be grateful. God bless them for all they do. Now that I am an adult and I’m having my first born I will be taking her to Texas children’s as well

My 1st time there. Everything was nice nd clean, Even spoke with the lady over closing the restaurant part. She was very nice and helpful.

M. D. Anderson is a TOP FLIGHT facility. They have been there every step of the way for my cancer jounery. I am one year four months cancer free. Every one is there for any and all sorts of things. Highly recomend this facility.

This is the largest and most productive medical center in the entire country. Thousands of people every year come to Houston from all over the United States, even the world to be treated by some of the best doctors and equipment known to man. The area is large and almost every major hospital is here to handle your issues. Sure, we can all argue the politics of the medical world, but regardless of those issues, there is no better place to be treated. This is an army of professionals who have dedicated their lives to keeping you, your children, your family, and even your pets healthy and happy. Just another reason why I love Houston so much and why we will continue to support saving lives.

This is undoubtedly the best medical centre in the world in a general sense of all that is offered. We have technologies/advancements that available here only or along with one or a handful of other countries. One of those being a mobile CT for stroke victims that has proved to be a lifesaver. We adopted this from Germany...thank you Germany. I am proud to have the TMC in the U.S.A. and more so in TEXAS.

It's straightforward by Metro Bus to get around. There are many Great restaurants within walking distance and or by bus/rail of the all the hospitals and medical offices. It's little cooler once you get on Fannin street due to all the tall buildings surrounding you whether its summer and or winter months. Not as many homeless individuals hanging around when compared to last year before Harvey. Saturday and Sundays are very quiet, no traffic and it's not crazy packed like the weekdays. It's nice to talk, walk and sightsee on Sunday mornings afternoons.

One of the best Medical Centers in the country, and in the world actually. People from all walks of life, fly in from all over the world to get medical treatment or services in the Houston Texas Medical Center. Everytime I've come here for treatment it was one of the most professional experiences I've had.

What can you say? It's probably the largest medical center in the world and they have specialists for everything under the sun. The doctors, nurses and staff provide excellent service and treat you like your part of their family. Texas Children's hospital is the best Children's hospital in the world. MD Anderson Cancer Center is the best Cancer Hospital in the world
The DeBakey Heart Institute is the best Heart hospital in the world. And the list goes on and on and on. People from all parts of the world travel to Houston Texas to be treated at the Texas medical center because its known worldwide as the best. Convenient to both Airports and all major highways, and there are tons of restaurants, museums, sports and parks nearby for those coming to visit their loved ones. Can't say enough good things about these facilities. God really did Bless Texas and the Texas Medical Center is one of those blessings.
