Wild West BBQ & Restaurant

Some very, very good BBQ!! Stopped here on my way thru and couldn't be happier. Service was great and the prices were very reasonable. I'll be back.

First impressions are very cute decor and friendly staff! Was served by Cheyenne, who was attentive and very friendly! She recommended the cowboy beans (a must try) and the mashed potatoes (also amazing). The owner even stopped by to check in on my group, and was also kind! With a group of over 10, we were served really quickly!

I had sausage plate with cowboy beans and mashed potatoes, all for a great price! Overall great service and experience! Will come again!

Excellent food. Stopped in while driving through and left more than satisfied. Big portions that will leave you stuffed. The customer service was through the roof as well . Very nice and friendly.

Just flat out some of the best darn barbecue in Texas. Always tender always delicious always hot and fresh. I'm doing the drive-thru at least once a week the ribs are outstanding and the sliced brisket melts in your mouth great smoke rings on it as well. Highly recommended!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The favorite of our table were the king fries! Pulled pork was flavorful, brisket juicy, chicken tenders & fries were real and homemade. A great choice for our road trip lunch!

I just had Wild West prepare a catering order for a party we were having for 36 people. It was ready on time, the food was so delicious and Denise and her crew were most helpful. All our guests raved about the tender brisket, moist turkey and perfect to the taste sausage. The potato salad is prepared by a young lady who obviously adds her special ingredient of delicious. Thank you Wild West.

I got 2 dozen Pittsburg Hot Links for 28.00. So glad they have them so I don't have to drive from Princeton to Pittsburgh Texas.

Came in today and got two one meat plates to go around 4PM (was expecting cold food since its thats strange time between lunch and dinner). Food was mostly excellent! Mashed potatoes could have used a bit more seasoning but were still good! I will say their green beans could possibly be the best I have had at a restaurant!

All around good experience will be back and will reccomend!

I have went through the drive thru as well as dined in and both experiences were great. I asked for lean brisket and that is exactly what I got. (Trust me that is a big deal to me) The Pittsburgh links and the Po boys are delicious as well. I tried the peach cobbler, probably need to order two next time because after one I want to binge on the cobbler. Next on my list to try is the baked potato.

I really enjoy their small poor boy sandwich. It is a popular favorite amongst the locals. Sausage, brisket, ham on a hoagie bun. Awesome!

We love this local BBQ joint! Definitely small town courteous friendly service. Most importantly great portions for the price hit food!

First time to eat here. BBQ, fish and smothered pork chop was ordered by the four of us. Everything was good. Very friendly people served the food. Reasonable prices. Will go back.

They have Pittsburg hot links! Oh, yeah, the rest of the food is good too! Lol. But seriously, I love Pittsburgh hot links, and they're pretty hard to find at a restaurant, so I'm so happy to see them here.
