Low cost little splurge!

Right off the East Tex, it's conveniently located. The two biggest sellers are CONVENIENCE and CLEANLINESS! No dust bunnies anywhere.

The room was had everything needed - comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, large TV, free wifi.

The breakfast was awesome! Hot/cold food options for dine in or on the go including fresh fruit, eggs w/cheese & salsa, TURKEY sausage and waffles.

The rooms in this hotel are exceptionally clean. This hotel is the tidiest Surestay/Best Western hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. We stayed with points last night which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Check in was fast, and breakfast was great. They have waffles, bacon, sausage, bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, and pasties. During breakfast I noticed they have a server checking the availability of the food constantly which is amazing. You don’t have to ever ask for anything. I have never seen that in any other best western hotel before. The hospitality staff is so kind at this hotel. The location is gated and the hotel does have security cameras. They are also very reasonably priced, We have booked a 5 day stay for Christmas as well.

Great price, close to Ritchie brothers, one of the best breakfast i have had at a hotel in a while and very very clean!. Will definitely stay again when in the area for work. Super helpful and friendly staff

Nothing fancy, just a good, basic hotel. Clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Reasonably priced room. No complaints! Would recommend.

I discovered it by chance, I was surprised, it is above the big hotel chains, cleanliness in everything from bedding to facilities, they assigned me an impeccably clean room, complimentary breakfast that the kitchen manager gave me follow-up at all times to have a better experience, something that many hotels do not have today, very attentive reception, without a doubt the best in the airport area. Now it is my favorite, and the best, the rates are affordable, I am a Diamond client at holiday Inn and this is for excellence of what they offer me, let's support this hotel... I recommend it

We spent only one night to catch an early flight, but enjoyed our short stay. We'd recommend this hotel for a longer stay due to its price point, amenities, and good location. Courteous front desk staff. Adequate breakfast.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel staff are so kind and helpful. The room was simple but comfortable, very clean and functional and convenient location near the airport. The rooms facing the freeway can be a bit loud but the staff kindly gave us a nice quiet room in the back. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Pricing very reasonable.

I arrived at this hotel and was greeted first off with smiles pleasantries and respect, they say the first impression is the lasting impression and they left the most pleasant lasting impression on me. Man that hotel was sparkling clean smelling like fresh every day.... the continental breakfast had a wide variety to choose from it was fresh and made with love from the cook.... she also went above and beyond for me I really appreciated it, the attention to every detail was very impress they made you feel like one of the family.The manager Mr. Shah Ashesh is one of the nicest human beings I've ever met, smiling and good conversation always.

People when I tell you there's no other hotel to stay at you better believe it. Stay there for the comfort....breakfast... Cleanliness and personal touch...I will always stay there when I'm in town.

If your staying in the Humble. Tx. area, this is the place to stay. The service, and rooms were beyond perfect. Everything was clean. Every employee was professional and so nice. The complimentary breakfast and the lady cooking was the best I've ever seen. Definitely will be my go to Hotel.

This was a great hotel. The rooms are huge and clean, but the best part is the staff. The staff when I checked in in the evening and out in the morning were so extremely friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of the Houston area. I was here for work and a coworker had the catalytic converter stolen off his truck while he was at hotel in Houston (not this one) a few weeks ago. However, I felt pretty safe leaving my car in the parking lot. They have a bunch of cameras set up and a big TV behind the counter that shows the live feeds. Overall a great stay!

One of the if not the cleanest and freshest smelling rooms I have ever encountered/stayed in. Hostess was very helpful with transportation suggestions and meal info

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good with real eggs, fruit, and turkey links. The rooms have laminate floors, not carpet, meaning everything feels and smells fresher (no mystery stains). Shah, the manager, is the best!

This property was very nice, clean, and the staff were exceptional 👌 , all the facilities were in operating order the bed was very comfortable, shower was hot there was nothing we could have complained about . We checked in really early, the room was ready, all of the front Desk clerks treated us very professionally we appreciated that. Thank you all can't wait to come back. This place is convenient to everything Most importantly Ritchie Brothers auctioneer.

We had such a great experience at this hotel! As soon as you walk in it smells so good, everything was very clean and well kept. Our room was spacious and well stocked with the essentials. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Houston in the future we will definitely come back!

I had made reservations with the night staff at this location instead of booking online. Which I will NEVER DO AGAIN. I made reservations a day before my actual check in. Check- in day it was a lot of mistakes made by the night employee which caused me to not be able to check in to the room he assigned to me. I was in total distress from the long drive from my travel and from not able to check-in from when I made prior reservations. The young lady at the front desk name Monica was very professional, patient & understanding. Her management WORKED OUT EVERYTHING to get me a room. My stay turned out great. The establishment was really clean & the room was very cozy! Thanks again Monica for your help!!!

I can't express how our stay here was amazing!!
This Place was great, it feels like it was new construction and you were the first person in that room!!
The best part was their door closed at 10 pm and if you don’t have a key you cannot get inside, which made us feel very safe over there!
The breakfast had many options and was freshly cooked, everything was perfect I can’t find one thing to complain about!

Very clean and really nice rooms, the only downsides were the vending machine with credit card device didn't work they only accepted cash, so I had to go the gas station next door for a drink and the free breakfast doesn't start until 6 am so if you have to leave before then you're out of luck.

Let me start off by saying that Jackie at the front desk was beyond AMAZING!! Everyone was. My family and I were in Humble for the weekend for a track meet. Our first night we were booked into a different hotel that was disgusting and just horrible. I googled a few places and ended up here. From the first initial phone call to check in and check out the next day the hotel staff totally took care of us. Check in was easy and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable for me and my girls. Even at check out they made sure the girls got breakfast and invited us to come back at any time. Yeah, I know... it’s a business, they’re supposed to say that... but the courteousness of the staff really made me feel like they meant it!! I highly recommend this hotel.
