AT&T Store

After having so much trouble over the course of two weeks and many hours on the phone to get our service switched from Verizon to AT&T via online. We came to the Mexia AT&T store and met store rep Jessica. She helped me and my family get set up on all our new phones and fixed all of our issues that the online reps caused. Come see Jessica for all of your wireless needs. She’s awesome!

Would be hard to improve over our visit on 10/1/2023 Josue was exceptional and knowledgeable. Took about 2 hours for 2 phone upgrades and data transfers. Josue worked with us when we needed him, and helped other customers as well. Awesome experience with a great store rep!

I was helped immediately, Andrea was knowledgeable and handled the purchase of my new phone and did the transfer of my apps and information. She was great!

The employees are awesome they go that extra mile to make sure you are happy what ever you need they are there for you 🙏

Jessica was excellent . Went to the Mexia ATnT and she really knew her stuff. She needs a promotion for sure. Excellent customer service and took care of our needs.

Although I am a current AT&T customer and stop by to see what new services were available. The visit was as great the best way to explain it is was you walked into your parents home and all your family was there. I was served by 3 people but it was as it was just one the three ladies were friendly, patience and the knowledge they shared was seamless. If you have an issue, thinking about upgrades or switching carrier you deserve it to yourself to go the extra few miles and let Haylie, Katy & Maria take care of you.

The store is amazing. Great atmosphere!!! Welcomed as soon as I walked into the store and the manager whoses name is also Maria was very good at multitasking. She was the only one working and was literally helping four people all at once including me. She started on one and went to the others making sure we all were ok and transferred all our stuff. She stayed busy and always greeted people coming in. I Will definitely recommend her to my friends and family! Thank you Maria!!

Best customer service fast understanding and very helpful

The Customer Service Representative Katy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed every minute making my purchase, she was knowledgeable about the products and made it easy for me to make my choice to upgrade! She also helped me understand charges on my bill.

She helped me find the phone that best fits my needs and went above and beyond to help me get all my information transferred successfully. Hannah was so nice, friendly and patient which is a big plus when you don’t know a lot about today’s technology. Great job, Hannah!!

After reading the reviews on this store I knew this was the store that I wanted to go to for help. Monica helped me and she was so pleasant she did an excellent job. I got a new phone, I do not have Wi-Fi and didn't have any way to transfer
my data over, she did it with such ease and in a short time and was so reassuring.Great store. Thank you Monica.

The staff at this store is very kind and always fixes my issues.
I got DTV with Katy and she even followed up with me the next day to make sure my installation went well and that i was loving my new service. I will def recommend her! she goes above and beyond

Was passing through on a family trip and I cracked my phone. I didn't know I was up for an upgrade so I didn't have to wait on the claim. The manager (Maria) was great! I was able to get a new phone and get a new line added for my kids and it didn't make my bill crazy. Will stop here anytime I'm in the area. Great service!

Katy is very excellent at what she does. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. I know I can always go to her for any issue I may have and she will not stop until it is fixed. Her and her staff are very welcoming and very attentive.

The team at this store is amazing! The ladies helping me were absolutely amazing, went well above and beyond to make sure I had all my 7000 photos before sending off my old phone! Andrea helped me through the agonizing process with patients and kindness! Thanks so so much AT&T Mexia!

Marquez was amazing. Got my liquid glass applied quick and perfect. All of the staff is super helpful and sweet, great attitudes.

I was totally blown away with the expertise of the manager Maria Guerrero! I’m pretty sure she was doing 20 things at once like master chef AT&T edition- and managed to take care of everyone timely and with the best attitude. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for a new phone!
