I see doctor fabio catao. He is a great listener and very supportive and nice! I also wanted to let him and the nurses know that I like to be called MATTHEW because that's what I go by now. I don't like to be called Matt anymore. I think MATTHEW suits me much better! Thanks!

I have never enjoyed visiting the Aspirus Hospital but I have ALWAYS had good experiences at this clinic. Especially with Dr. Erin Schoenfuss and staff. Thank you so much!

I like my primary doctor here, but she's booked out usually a quarter of a year out! (Yes, I use myaspirus app and sign up for the wait list) but this just seems that aspirus is not hiring enough doctors to keep up and are most likely overloading the doctors if we have to wait 4+ months to see them! I had to go see one of their associates since they're so booked out & the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Aren't doctors offices supposed to be clean, sanitized etc?! Aspirus really needs to work on their cleanliness and staffing!

I hate coming here. I came in for a blood draw and they got a nerve. I experienced a bit of nerve damage for a few weeks. I called them about the incident and no one ever got back to me. I came in on another day and no one was there to help me. The person that checked ppl in and out was gone. Guess where? In the back to talk to ppl. I walk to lab and asked to get my blood drawn. They tell me I need to check at the front desk. But nobody was at the front desk? They told me I had to go back. So I go back to the front desk and there are somebody finally there. He checks me in and tells me to go wait. I wait for 10 minutes and the girls that were supposed to take my blood had nobody with them. They were just taking their time. So I go on in and I can tell that the person that was going to take my blood was going to screw it up. So I walk in and take a seat. I noticed she can't find a vein in the left arm. Then she asks for the right arm. But last time I came in and they caused nerve damage to the right arm. She promises me that she's not going to hit a nerve. So I give her my right arm and she can't find a a vein. She goes on and telling me that either I'm dehydrated or I just have small veins. But I get my blood drawn almost every single week and they get it every time. Pokes me with the needle and there was no blood for 5 minutes. She just sits there moving the needle around trying to get some blood. I start laughing at this point because it's ridiculous. I am almost going to have a panic attack because she has a needle in my arm and there's no blood and she's just moving it around. She finally decides to go to the left arm and she has somebody else come and do it. The next person that comes and does it automatically there's blood. This was one of the most traumatizing situations I've ever had. I come in all the time. How am I getting nerve damage in my arm an experiencing such incompetence. I've never been a fan of aspirus in my life. This is truly one of the worst clinics I come to and I have no choice because my provider prefers them. What a shame.

am very disappointed. get a notice to make yearly wellness check after nov 22. call to make and appointment with primary family physician and told he does not have appointments for 4 months. why have a primary physician that you feel very comfortable with, but have to see someone else that is not familiar with your history.very disappointed. family physician should not have that many patients if they cannot accommodate.

I had a very great friend of mine who went for a vaccination shot on 4/26 and the front desk lady at check-in was very rude. Forgot to get her name, but she was wearing a blue shirt, had long brown hair, and was a heavier set lady She rolled her eyes and didn't want to help her. My friend ended up crying and ended up leaving because staff was very unprofessional! The lady who was at the check-in desk does not deserve to be working there and disrespecting patients. It's a disgrace. If I could, I would give you 0 stars! Disgusting behavior from this staff.
