BUYER BEWARE - This company, with agents like Heidi Zahrt and owner/broker Max Rea, actively help their sellers hide known property defects from buyers. I had an accepted offer on 143109 Packer Drive, but as soon as my inspector found that the foundation was collapsing, I received an amendment from Heidi to sign trying to force me to conceal all inspection reports so that she could screw over the next buyer with the collapsing foundation if I decided to back out of the deal. Later, I found out from the renter living there even more undisclosed issues about the property that the seller was trying to hide and Heidi, yet again, did everything in her power to misdirect and manipulate the facts to protect her seller. I then escalated this issue to Max Rea, Heidi's broker, only to be completely ignored. He wouldn't even give me the professional courtesy of replying to my emails.
